Price to builders ne 4 floors aane pe bhi badhaa diye the builder ne ye bolke ki ab market me buyers aa gaye hain, to demand badh gayi, plots mehenge milenge ab. Jab dono cases me hi rate badhne hain, fir to stilt+3 hi sahi hai. Aur price badhana aur ghatana buyer ke control me hai, na ki builder ke. Jab buyer khud realise karega ki this price is not worth it with such poor infrastructure, to flats ke prices khud rukenge ya kam honge.
