I remember in version 11 or so there was a hidden possibility or a kind of patch to reactivate that panel, but I‘m sure there‘s no way to do it in the newer versions. By the way, thank you very much for your question. I discovered a feature in the playlist I didn’t know before while checking a solution for the bottom panel 😁👌🏼
