Alot of Christians get discouraged because they don't understand that our adamic nature always sins. In the flesh dwells NO good thing. It's our divine nature that God gives us as a gift THAT NEVER sins
This is a great video and was helpful, one comment though is that I don’t think anorexia and bulimia should have been mentioned in that way as that seemed inappropriate and incorrect use as well of eating disorders. Just a note for future videos! Aside from that, I do appreciate the wisdom shared here! :)
Deliberate rebellion against God was not acceptable before Jesus came: Numbers ch. 15 tells us: "But the person who does anything presumptuously, whether he is native-born or a stranger, that one brings reproach on the Lord, and he shall be cut off from among his people. Because he has despised the word of the Lord, and has broken His commandment, that person shall be completely cut off; his guilt shall be upon him." Also, we are told that deliberate rebellion today is still not tolerated even after Jesus died on the cross: “For if we go on sinning deliberately after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins, but only a fearful expectation of judgment and a fury of fire that will consume the adversaries.” (Hebrews 10:26).

Sin is a sickness of the spirit and the soul. A born-again Christian has his spirit reborn and healed. But the soul (the mind) remains to be renewed. Hence, it is because of the soul that we can die again to the Lord spiritually - losing our salvation. Hence, yield to God to heal your soul of sin and you will never kill your spirit.
Repent and forsake your sins. TRUST in JESUS Christ and his sacrifice on the cross. There is coming a day when the LORD will judge the world in righteousness. Hell awaits all sinners including lukewarm christians. JESUS says go and sin no more so if you loved HIM you would OBEY HIM.
Those who claim to be without sin ironically are in danger of hell😅. Except Jesus, he was perfect, we are not.
