No Sir,I have personally visited Quartier ,so no garbage dump nearby...no smell .....It is approx 10km away..
@@vandanasaroj smell comes when breeze blows, you can ask some one who lives in that area. water is also really bad , ask the life of RO filters

with the price of the property why is the look of the kitchen like 35lk property? also the bathroom arent worthit. the lobby, building, facility 10/10 but flat is 3/10
It's not the sample apartment but actual which gets cleaned & painted usually by developer before handover & in resale depends on seller
