NYC gets snowfall in winters and thus this condo looks weird. Also the structure of the apartments looks random and not in any organised format. I mean if you are asked to make a mental map of the whole floor you will be at difficulty to make sense of it.
Builder has put all luxury in the common areas and budget inside the apartment. Carpet area is not even 2000 sq ft

Nice property but could have done away with those pillars obstructing almost every room and common areas.
that's a part of structural integrity and not design
@@NamanPaulAWESOME Sure ! But the designing should be such that the pillars are not this visible. The same way as other condominiums are made without pillars obstructing the views. This is of immense importance esp in India where vastu plays an important role in choosing the home.

Guys, Gwali Phahadi area as water issues as it is a rock terrain and the water borewells don't work there. Anybody considering to buy a property in that area should take this into consideration.
It all looked worth 7 crores flat until he entered the flat. Looks like a 70-1cr flat. With basic washrooms and overall design. 1 star for the flat & 5 stars for the lobby and clubhouse.

Luxury apartments are usually bare shell properties. You buy them and spend another 1-1.5 cr to do the interior and customise as per your taste. This is usual thing in all luxury apartments, be it Aralias, Camelias, or any other similar property.

You should spend more for interior even after buying apartments of crores, they will just deliver you a white shell only
Why project is not fully sold till now? Project launched in 2017.
That was the other tower (tower q i think) and this was thier iconic tower which just got delivered
I see lot of problems :
1. Lot of sun facing glass area. Inside temperature will shoot up really high. AC will have to overwork.
2 No/Limited ventilation.
3. It doesn't appear 6000 sq ft. At least 50% loading.
4. The most funniest thing is, you have to remove a wall to open up the kitchen area after paying 6cr.
5 This guy is an outlier throwing his made up data left and right. e.g. 40-50% outside people use lift. What is the source of this data ?

Gwal Pahari is an Amazing place to live and jut 20minutes away from sikanderpur metro and MG road however this property is not surrounded by any kind of shops. I think there will be issues with delivery of Stuff as well. Definitely should have been priced anywhere below 5cr max.
With this much money I can buy a investment property for 350k$ in Portugal to get citizenship by investment and also make multiple business to payoff for the rest of my life no need to buy property this expensive in India

Was very excited at first but the video spoilt it all. Definitely not worth 7Cr, 6000 Square feet on paper. In reality close to 3000-3500. Lot of space wasted and on top of that, The kitchen is just a big disappointment. I have twice the size kitchen in my current 3 BHK. Pillars and rounded rooms is another problem.
