I agree on the cons - Gurugram is not a walkable city and it lacks green spaces compared to Delhi. Rapid Rail is good but, to be able to reach the station, the infrastructure is less-developed.
A suggestion - could you please make a similar video suggesting which is a best city to live in India keeping in mind all the factors that you've covered for Gurugram? I know its not exactly similar to your channel's theme but it does cover two elements - lifestyle and living conditions.

Few major switches I am experiencing are

35000 is way too high to pay in a city with bad public infrastructure. I would rather live in private townships, where town infrastructure is excellent, for that kind of rent. Pune’ s private townships are the best places to live. But maybe you cannot party or have a nightlife as much as in Gurgaon.

When did land price in gurgaon become more than Delhi.?
Compare the per sq ft cost and you’ll know its about 50% that of Delhi.
Secondly aesthetics are ok, but the law and order of gurgaon is as good as any other Gaon, which is non existent.
Gurgaon is also functioning because of IT companies. With WFH home culture coming in, it has seen the worst hit.

Ma'am I'm really impressed with tus the video....but you are not concluded the whole gurgaon city in your list.....
The city has other side tooo....where there is proper streetlights, pavments and the parks for the greenery.
You have to the old gurgaon city for such experience.

Hello, Thank you for solving my many doubts, I was planning to shift here to Gurgaon from Delhi, When I was house hunting, The one thing which was a bit daunting was No greenery. I felt..... This would be a major major problem. But, When I entered some of society I saw well-planned parks and amenities which is quite missing in Delhi.
I am a bit scared of Street lights too, Hmm... It could be scary at night, I am so thankful for your pointers. I will again rethink everything before shifting.
Delhi is very expensive and monthly maintenance is a big bummer. Gurgoan has great buildings which are relatively new, Delhi has buildings and societies old and lacking basic amenities. I can come to some conclusion maybe but Thank you once again.

Hey Tanya, I think it's a little bit late to comment here, however I just found this video today and tried exploring few of other videos on your channel also. Liked your content being informative on basic things. Coming back to the point, the cost of living you are bearing for this kind of lifestyle is ok and affordable for a mid level employee. What if I decide to quit my full time job, looking for some less trodden options and yet trying to maintain the same lifestyle in Gurgaon? I could see you are a full time content creator, but still would like to understand how you are able to maintain the standard of living here. Are earnings from youtube sufficient, or you are freelancing or investing or any other thing that can help us. I would love to hear from you. In case you plan for a video on this, please do tag.

first of all very thanks for the video it was really informative
regarding the lack of public transportation, I assume most people in gurgaon are office going people, who commute at morning and evening only, and go out only on weekends, which isn't enough to sustain a public transport system.
the main ingredient for a profitable public transport is tourism which i think gurgaon lacks.
