Just a quick question, I’m assuming you get pallets for most of your trips, what happens if the customer doesn’t have a pump truck or something to take the items off, or is it more times they have a fork lift or something available

@@anasmiah6740 hi pal, if it’s on a pallet most of the time the customer has the facility to take it off.
On some occasions the goods may have to be hand balled off the pallet provided they are not too heavy

You may get a shock with the price of the brakes .as for the oil cut the manufacturer oil change interval in half at least so if they say 12 k oil change do it at 6k . When you do site clearance do you stay in the van and do no hand balling or are you actually clearing ?

I’ve noticed that a lot of the couriers on here don’t have sign written vans. Is there a reason? Do your customers not like it?

@@biglorrybiker1949 a lot of the time we work for multiple customers and some prefer plain vans.
I use magnetic signs so I can remove when needed

Same here.... magnetic signs are the way to go if you need to go incognito from time to time
