I Agree with the Mobilovan Breakdown & Warranty it's a good deal with New & Used Vans. As for "Best van" having run Mercedes vans from Citan's to Lutons on the CX for over 7 Years now i would agree with Pete the Courier Luton Curtain is the way to go if your serious about earning decent money, We have one Merc Curtain & 2 Small vans running on CX at moment & the Curtain earns more money than both the small vans with less won job's, It goes out on a monday & returns on a friday plenty of work all over the UK week in week out with the exception of Jan/Feb that's when all the Servicing & Maintenance is done, and in my experience a Tail Lift is not required as 98% of job's we bid on & Win for our Merc Curtain are FOFO. No Tail lift means you can carry more weight and no need for the LOLER Inspections every 6 months. Mercedes have proven to be worth the extra premium price in our experience and a first choice for us every time. If you can find one which is equipped for tramping even better Diesel Heaters are a god send this time of year 🙂

Iv come back to this video so many times. I’m currently looking at a Citroen dispatch crew cap with the six seats. The reason being as that I can’t afford to run a family car and a can at the same time so the van would replace the car (wife don’t actually mind either 😂). It’s the pricing of that type of van I’m working on and working out but I have worked out that if I can make £264.52 per day I would be more than ok, least would be £200 per day from my working out.

I do like the dispatch, but after my berlingo issues I am very wary of citroen vauxhall and peugeot when the mileage gets higher.
I often struggle to clear 200 a day as well. Sorry if that is all negative. I am happy to chatbon thebphone and go through any questions and queries if that helps.
@@neptunecourier Appreciate the reply and feedback. Iv seen one that’s within my price range on an 18 plate and 75000 miles on the clock. I live in Kent and about a 40 minute drive from London and also where I live is bang in the middle of two large industrial estates. Back in 2013 when I did this before I was making the money I needed without any issues but I didn’t have a wife and two kids back then 😂! Il hold you to that phone call once I have everything 99% in order as I’m still in full time employment…..just had enough of the corporate lifestyle now I’m almost 40 🤢!! Keep the videos coming, you, Saint Dave and Anvil Dave are my hero’s 🥃
What do you think of the new VW caddy Maxi C20 Pro? Nice auto gearbox and although pricey it will be reliable and have a good resale value?
All good when they are running but when you rack up the miles the van breaks down, no earnings. Lot of hassle for little reward. Long hours, unsociable, road rage, sitting in traffic jams, unhealthy lifestyle, crap food, parking fines, penalties, stressful, dead mileage, depreciation. Looks good on paper but when issues with your Vehicle your money goes. CX is ebay, should you really be paying to get work? The courier companies don't have any of these. Just a driving job is an understatement.
