We got a couple fertilizer plants around the house, never thought about the types of pipe they would have. Might have to get in there for a shutdown, great job brother 🤙🏼
I love your videosyou're great. You are awesome.I've been watching it for months and months. But at the same time I do believe and I do see for sure. There are a few things that you are missing.Very key points for people who are learning tig stainless
Your videos helped alot when i was in school landed a job where they do mostly stainless its all roll out which i dont like much but getting better im jus working on perfecting root and getting that nice color now
@@X3MTIG I could never understand why when you pull a slip at Local 488 some Companies want you to test at their own shop rather than at the UA testing facility. Do they not trust our own "in house" Inspector because He is also a UA Member? Whenever I have tested at the 488 shop I have never been treated any different than any other testing facility just because I am a Member of the UA. Perhaps it is more of a cost thing rather than trust. Hard to say. I would say in this scenario they sent you there simply because they do not have that particular welding procedure at our Union Hall. However it is their choice and we have to abide by it. Keep up the good work Brother and stay safe.
You just need to go a little bit more in debt on your gap. You're amazing and The Wire each time from top to bottom each pass. You are great. You're awesome , but it's just key information key detail that's missing
Just a tip for buddy, I hear you say that you use 2% thoriated tungsten, I'm sure you know that is slightly radioactive and can greatly cause cancer and anatomical deformities. If you havent b4 try some Lanthanated tungsten. It's not radioactive and it's a strong tungsten that lasts, no ill side effects to worry about either!
In eu is thorium not more allowed cause radiaton danger in dust spread by sharping your tungsten .still the best on stand time in use ,and stability of arc. 😢😢
Well done Love your videos as always and i'm glad to see your channel still grows up. Always if I have doubts am i in a right place your videos keep me up on my way again. Burn to learn 😊 cheers Man
Nice job! At the end of your bead before pulling out if you keep walking it while pointing your tungsten forward and up will help eliminate that dark spot at the end. Wait for it to solidify before pulling off all the way
Sticker at the end was badass. This is the best tig channel on Yt. Keep it up
Udaman! You must wear a fireproof cape! Thanks for the video. The Grasshopper to the Master.

How do you strike your arc? Most of the time I scratch it I end up sticking my tungsten and breaking it.
I use both options lift or scratch. Prefer lift over scratch for stainless!
Amazing as always 👍
Thanks again! 👊
amazing ❤
Dn? How much time did it take?
What lens do you use? Do you recommend one lens?
What heat did you run on your cap pass
Around 150 amps
*That appears to be a nice shop to test at. Where is that? Just curious.*
One of the client shops here in Edmonton

@@livepost6986 I think it’s more of a cost thing. If it’s more of a trust thing, then they would hire non union workers.
Good video bro 🔥🔥
What did you use for your tacks?
Thanks!
Thanks I appreciate that 👊
