That’s the most perfect fucking tig root I’ve ever seen my guy! Currently practicing for my pipe cert in May and I’m watching a lot of your videos pretty much everyday! Quick question. So, I’ve been freehanding all my passes but I’d like to have a more consistent pattern so I’m learning to walk the cup. If you’re walking the cup on a cap, do you tend to hold the torch upside-down or by its handle? Thanks again for the sick tutorial!
I also like a little heavier root. Thanks for all your vids. You have helped me a lot. I absolutely love welding all day everyday. Keep up the good work Sensei!!!
Svaka čast maestro kanal je stvarno zanimljiv i poučan 😉 Ako ćeš ikad imati vremena jel možeš malo pojasniti kroz video tu inklinaciju volframa u odnosu na žicu! Pozdrav iz Švedske
Thanks for ur tips u the best teacher one question for me Sasol South Africa when u weld at the bottom ur wire is move side to side push or u just push it at the center???
hello champ. The big handels you weld with. *Do you have a site where you can buy them ? I weld Kempi but wonder if you could fit it on mine air cooled. BR welder in cph
This is where you’ll see ‘Needle Purging’ on the final weld of a piping system. This is done with ice dams either side of the joint and the weld area is back purged with a hypodermic needle. Just before you close the weld, the needle is pulled out and the root is quickly sealed. It will still likely leave a pin-prick sized area of oxidation in the root but this may be acceptable depending on acceptance criteria
All comments are welcome here brother, no matter where you from or what religion you are. I wish I could help you more, but I don’t know anything about that region. I’m from Croatia originally and thank you for your compliment. Hopefully someone here will help you out with that , good luck! 👍
Can you do a video on sch40 stainless the gap keeps closing fast and the bottom of my root is always flush I can’t read the puddle as well. Carbon I have down but stainless has been a bitch. Love your videos !!!
I have watched alot of your videos but never seen you strike arc ? how do you start arc and not leave any tungsten in weld , i never strike on outside of my pipe. Thanks sir for good videos.
I know I will never reach your level, but just watching you weld is an honor. Like watching Michael Jordan play basketball 👍🏽
Thank you my friend, that’s a really huge compliment , and I really appreciate it 🙏👍

Do not say that of yourself brother. Words have power remember that.
Love the tip about using a flapper disc on the cup. Going to try it out
Thank you for the video! I have a problem with the pivot seam, that the root is pushed inward.
Root is a perfection brother. Love the tutorial and all your advices! 👍🏽
Thanks brother 👍
Great video. Great welder. Thanks for this I'll be using some of this for a weld test on Friday.
I’d be interested in a long shot so I could see your physical positioning as you weld. Having a hard time picturing your

Can you do a video on your body movement?
Let's also see the body position and movement
You mean like, watching my body movements on “Macarena” tunes ?🧐
@@X3MTIG 😂😂
No boss 😂
Body movement 🧎🧎
hey X3M TIG any tips on avoiding it sagging and when doing the bottom part of the root?
Not much tips for that, something you have to learn on your own, control your puddle and adjust torch inclination.
hello champ. The big handels you weld with. *Do you have a site where you can buy them ? I weld Kempi but wonder if you could fit it on mine air cooled. BR welder in cph
It’s Miller brand, you can check their website.
@@X3MTIG is it the A250 series ? For high amperage? Air cooled you use?
yeah but the 150 or the 200 model handle?@@X3MTIG
you spoke about a better brand in terms of heat.
Dang that root! 😍
Hand movement video please
would you know right off the top whats the difference in amps would be between 4" scd 80 and 2" scd 80 ?
What type rod and diameter are you using for the bridge rod ?
Carbon pipe, use carbon rod, size depends upon pipe thickness and gap, from 1/2” and above.
Bonjour, le métal d'apport fait quelle taille ? Merci
Hallow Sir. I'm doing a 6g test on a 2" and 6" tomorrow and I really need your advice. I'm from PNG.
The Best.
Hi sir i would appreciate if u will do more videos how to weld stainless and all tricks also .thx u
When your purging stainless people say to vent the end for the final tie in what if you can’t vent the end of the pipe for final tie in on root
Should always vent, argons heavier than air. On spools vent anywhere possible on fittings or turn down flowrate for tie in, never easy for site work.

What diameter wire are you using 2.4 or 3.2
3.2

Ты очень крут мужик! Откуда ты родом? У тебя как будто бы такой родной акцент…
Feler rood are
S6 or S2....?
Can you fill to flush on sch80 in one pass after the hot pass
You could, but don’t recommend if it’s for x ray …
👍

Thanks for your comment… initial arc I always start on the bevel prior to weld the root pass, and after that I always strike an arc on the weld…
Lift start works good to just tap and when you lift it starts not all machines have it
Nice
