Reincarnation enable us to explain these things in a logical way where we don't need "randomness" as an explanation.
The video takes it departure in the works of the Danish author Martinus, who has described the world based on eternal principle whereas one of them is reincarnation. The video is inspired by some of the arguments that Martinus provides for an eternal world picture and reincarnation.
