It cannot be since God is causelessly merciful and there are a lot of people who are born with a proper vision.
Reincarnation is the only logical way to explain why some children are born blind. The soul has had infinite past lives in which it does many acts out of its free will. However, God keeps track of all those actions and bestows the fruits of it at the appropriate time. Therefore, if a child was born blind or with any disabilities, it is the result of the action of that soul in its past lives.

Guru ji does reincarnation happens within the same family? where we belongs to or we can choose according to the karma. Please let me know.
In my humble opinion, yes, souls typically travel in family pods. But you always have the option to choose, nothing is forced on you. Depending on your past karma, you get to customize your next incarnation, decide which life lessons to learn, be a man or woman etc. Your life path is never solo, you decide your next life with other souls, who's going to be the father, mother, child, even people you will hate. Everything is planned to the nth degree, nothing is left to chance. You are always given options, and after you pick one option, you are made to forget and you enter a mother's womb. Till age 5-7 every child has glimpses of their past life. By age 7 you totally forget and you think this is the first time you are experiencing life. The reason why we are made to forget is so we don't get crushed by the emotional baggage from previous countless lives. Imagine remembering fears of your past lives? People you owed money 😊
There was a video from Swami ji about that faith I guess. The story is about the Doctor travelling to somewhere his train, flights cancelled due to heavy rain and storms. He couldn't get to the conference. Doctor Meets one poor family whre they are great devotees of krishana and at later story ends that doctor saves that poor family's son. Does any one share link of that video? I want to hear again?

If God keeps track of our karmas, then He must judge or grade us somehow without us knowing it. An innocent boy gets raped and then gets murdered early as a child...did that soul choose that fate or was it due to his karma or was it simply due to the murderer being a horrible ignorant person in the moment? What kind of karma do we have when we are in our first human body? Or when we are animals and plants? And do we all have to escape reincarnation and evolve as fast as possible, even though time doesn't exist in the spirit world?
None of us have any explanation about diseases or bad luck or many other things. A lot of it may be karma but I don't think it's everything...life is too complex for that. Also, I think it's toxic and inaccurate to say that everything is based on past karma...it puts blame on the soul for things it doesn't even remember in human form. A lot of injustice is due to the societies and the ways we've been conditioned over many generations. To truly get rid of karma requires a long-term collective effort to see each other as God and see God within everyone.
(Also, since everything is part of God, that means God is letting Himself experience bad things through us...)
Good questions. I am just another soul seeking answers, but here's another perspective. All souls are equal and we all have to experience the good bad and ugly. We all get to become kings, we all get to live as beggars. We all have to taste pleasure and we all have to drown in abject sorrow. We start off as rocks, then plants, then animals, then conscious beings subject to karma. There is no good life or bad life, just experience of life in Technicolor in this universe or elsewhere. Secondly, we don't come into the physical solo, you have an entourage of soul players with you, each playing their role to fulfill their own life path along with giving you the opportunity to experience life as per your life path specifications. In the boys example, we don't know the history between these souls. Maybe a wrong was being corrected (you gave a tough example)? Perhaps both agreed for that scenario to occur just because all other souls are compelled to fix the wrongs in society? As souls we are obligated to take care of the planet hosting us, creating an environment where life can foster. Karma is not absolute, it's a control and monitoring function so that we don't end up with thugs all around. Karma just balances the number of barbarians and saints. Too many barbarians, we all get terminated. Too many saints, everything is rosy, little to experience. Objective of the soul is not zero karma, objective is to ensure every last soul on earth is helped to find it's way back to the supreme being. Diseases, misfortune, accidents, bad luck etc. are bread crumbs you left for yourself before incarnating so you can steer yourself back on the right track. Fresh souls either play parts so others can learn and fulfill their destiny or they succumb to material enticements and enter the wheel of karma. Life is not complex, souls are complex. To summarize, all souls are like a jigsaw puzzle, we need each other to build the final picture. We need to see beyond race, caste, creed, religion, sexual orientation, wealth, nationality and build a fair and equitable planet. Then our souls will be truly free and we finally get to meet our maker behind the veil.
For me, I refuse to believe that every accident and disease and murder is part of the soul's plan; that's barbaric. And if our spirit guides know things, then what about all the people who get abducted by aliens or mysteriously disappear or who get attacked by evil entities? Experiencing hardships due to endless past life karma is one thing, but the spirit interference is taking things too far. (Most of us are unaware of the spirit world/s to begin with). It would not make sense for any of that to be in the soul's plan for the physical world.
Also, is our evolution really that linear, from minerals to plants to animal to humans? Because some people report being aliens or other beings in past lives, which would be out of evolutionary order. I'm worried that souls will be forced to reincarnate as "lower" life forms if they live bad lives.@@Spanede

You can undergo past life regression hypnosis and consider that as proof. Some say the feeling of deja vu is a glimpse into the past or future. But I see your point, hard evidence is not be found. But does one really need proof?
