    So true. Thank you for pointing out that we do what we think about. Without a goal to aim for, there’s nothing that binds together all of our daily actions. That goal is created in our minds. I’m 74: my goal is to be as fit fit and active at 84 as I am now. I’m fit and active now because I set the same goal at 64 when the turbulence of open heart surgery made me think about the physical and mental state I wanted to be in as I grew older. Thank you for your video’s- they absolutely support my goal and give me new things to think about

    This is so true. I have let myself fail countless times in the past because I just lost heart & focus. A fall before Christmas has forced me to stop completely, consider the possibility of permanent incapacity & really look at my life. Gradually on the mend now but do feel my mindset has at last locked onto the future I really need to achieve & am happily working towards it. Thank you Eric.
