The Analysis Radar shows the locations of mineral deposits on map once you've built one. you get the ability to build one by playing through the tutorial. white icons are Iron, blue is Cobalt, pink is Quartz and red/brown is Copper.
Great video, even though you worried about the wave a lot. there is a way to stop the wave, but I wont spoil it. the game is actually in Prologue now, not just demo, you can fly your ship around and there is a steam roller later. go through the hole in the mountain to find the copper node
Z1, you should definitely explore through the Tunnel you saw... I'll let you discover what's on the other side... As far as I know, the ONLY things the Wave will destroy is the Turbine and the SMALL Solar Panel. The Medium or Large Solar Panels, Buildings, and structures (read Miners and Conveyors) are basically immune to the wave. Also, DECONSTRUCTION returns 100% of the construction materials. Therefore, when going exploring, make certain to bring with the resources to construct a building. You can then pop into it to restore O2, and deconstruct it when you're ready to move on!
I dont know if there is something preventing it but my first instinct is to build on/behond a mountain to shield it (even if it wouldn't help ingame because the wave is a mile high.) Its just so hilarious seeing youtubers immediately plop buildings in the midt dangerous looking spots in these survival games.
you can also continue after reaching the end of the tutorial and/or after the Tsunami but it knocks out your basic power generation so you'll have to rebuild them. however pretty much all your other buildings, batteries and advanced solar panels can survive the tsunami though.
First off, I am NOT Osaris (dev), but Osaris has addressed the points below. The game is inspired by The Planet Crafter and Satisfactory, but has MAJOR differences from both. 1. Proprietary voxel-based engine, allowing for a nearly fully customizable world, along with a building system allowing you to create your own structures. 2. Vehicles & directly changing the landscape 3. Multiple planets (In final game, not in demo) It is also being developed by one person, so if there are bugs and such, that is why. The final version (or even EA) of the game will likely take a while. Edit: Oh, also, I forget which building it is exactly, but the wave is triggered by you reaching a certain building and then repeats every 20 minutes or so.
Definitely build the large solar panel and the battery and you will never have to worry about power again unless you have to put couple more in a different spot
The only thing I am wondering does it also miss any structure integrity when building bases? Meaning are floating bases possible for breaking complete immersion of gravity.
@@josiahburdick4893 You can stop the wave, and it wont destroy everything, luckily. The final version of the game will also have more planets with different situations, I believe.
Why you have to be like that? The comment above: "Z1, you should definitely explore through the Tunnel you saw... I'll let you discover what's on the other side..."
its funny you think that wave is close lol just wait until it is. That wave at start is WAY WAY far away when you got in ship lol you have so much time lol
In the words of sheldon cooppers about big boy's hamburger? In a world where we have Planet crafter, why on earth would I play some like planet crafter?
Because this has more planets (in development, it's an indie game so it will take a while), satisfactory-esque automation, and voxel "construction", meaning you can edit the land around you.

Maybe build in a mountain like in caves

so basically this is a game between satisfactory and planet crafter :)
And it's free
This looks like satisfactory and planet crafter had a baby
This is so cool to discover that they use my music for this game! Amazing!
From how it starts, it is much more inspired my Satisfactory than Planet Crafter.
It’s planet crafter x interstellar and I love that. Ill never say no to more terraforming type survival games
I was waiting the whole video for you to go through that southern cave lol. You will find your copper vein in there :)
“planet crafter on steroids isn’t real it can’t hurt you” planet crafter on steroids:
13:59 I was waiting for this moment when he realized that he needed 2 tanks 🤣
I played the demo of this game. It's crazy.

The wind turbines will get destroyed by the wave, but the big solar panels and the big batteries will not so once you get that far, you’re good
Look! Squirrel!
GG. Sort of a combination of Planet Crafter and The Eternal Cylinder.
more the child of Planet Crafter and Satisfactory
I think I remember someone else finding a copper deposit on the hill you were just on 10:51
The only thing I am wondering does it also miss any structure integrity when building bases? Meaning are floating bases possible for breaking complete immersion of gravity.
Was hoping for a slight window of time where your underwater and have to wait out the wave
If it matters, you can stand there the wave doesn't harm you. You'd think it would but...
you're anxiety was making me a nervous wreck!!
Make the assembly machines to build all the iron stuff
this game is more like satisfactory than planet crafter but still the survival builder genre
The tidal wave event it so cool 👍
copper is through the hole in the wall - large node there to mine
Think I would play this just to see the wave animation destroy my stuff over and over.
Although that would be fun, it would also be INFURIATING 😂😂
@@josiahburdick4893 You can stop the wave, and it wont destroy everything, luckily. The final version of the game will also have more planets with different situations, I believe.
Hey dude will you make a playlist of this too??
Just wait till he finds the sulfur deposits
Grab your surf board and catch that Wave!
Copper node up through the hole in the mountain

@@bearded1derr this comment is older, 17h vs the 16h comment you are referring to.
Question #1 Can you build in the cave?
Question #2 Would the cave protect your stuff against the wave?
Coper exists there is a hole in the clift opposite to the sulfur cave whith a copper deposit look for it
Hey Z there is a good place to find copper through one of the mountains.
"For science"
Anyone else notice how he said I guess there’s just not copper and then he mines copper😂
Cool.
Looks cool
Not Another Wave? NAW!
Did the wave wash away loose ores
Interstellar ,is it you?
its funny you think that wave is close lol just wait until it is. That wave at start is WAY WAY far away when you got in ship lol you have so much time lol
the title looked like something from interstellar
It should look better for a game in 2024. I know its not a AAA game but…
The light and shadows in the house for example. Looks like a PS3 game.
hey i never comment but i really like your content man
Game looks like the potato version of satisfactory lol 😄
Is this from the same guy who did Planet Crafter?
No man's sky in 144p 😂😂😂
In the words of sheldon cooppers about big boy's hamburger?

Lets gooooo
Can we just call this Water world?
What happends if you die?
looks like a better graphics planet crafter lol
yet somehow planet crafter is a million times better
@@realnarwhal I haven't played this game so I have no clue, but totally believable lol
@@realnarwhal It's because this game came out maybe a month ago and is a single indie dev
The only thing you need to remove right now is the wind turbine everything else is fine
I am like number 671
