Regarding the water level sensor, you can try to take it out and clean it, often there is grime on the contact surface. Or even just to take it out and ground it on metal chassis and see if it is actually bad, see if the buzz goes away when you ground it.

Hey Tsuchi, about your gauges. When I bought my FD my tach, speedo, and odo didn't work either. On an FD, the speedo is the main computer for all 3 of them and the capacitors are known for going bad. If you replace the speedo unit then you should get all three working again, thats what I did. Only issue is it will reset your odo to zero lol. You can get new ones from atkins rotary that are still in MPH and while pricey its cheaper than an entire new cluster.
hey i ave a rhd fd with the same issue my tach, odo, speedo don't work sometimes did you just buy a whole different cluster or did you have someone repair it? i really want to try and get mine repaired so the kilometers stay the same
@@jamfd3s788 I took my cluster out and took the individual speedometer unit out of it and replaced it with a new one. On the FD the tach and speedo are separate gauges that you can remove from the cluster once it is out. Once I had my speedo unit out I replaced it with a brand new one, but there are people who will repair them if you would like to keep your odo reading. Or if you're feeling froggy and know how to solder, you could give it a go, it's usually fairly obvious which capacitors have gone bad once you have the unit out.

Believe he gave it a large street port yeah. The brapping usually just occurs due to the overlapping of the intake and exhaust port on the large bridge port though
@@Jimmy-nk9sn "porting" is the act of machining the edges of the intake ports away in a certain way for more power. the side effect is the brap brap when the intake port is made big enough so that the intake port is sucking in air before the exhaust port is finished closing up for that rotation

they ported it but only did a street port, you get the rapping when you do a bridge port or a peripheral port only
