Thank you for this video. Two questions regarding Whirlpool UDT518SAHP. 1. All my cabinets have a 4" Toe kick, can I make the custom panel any longer than the 72 cm specified in the manual. 2. The width specified in the manual for the custom panel is 44.4 cm, but this would leave too big of a gap between the next cabinet panel, can I make this dimension a bit bigger like 45.6cm?
When my installer tried putting the custom panel on my Bosch the dishwasher would then only open 2/3 of the way. The bottom of the door is hitting the bottom of the dishwasher. BUT when the door is closed it looks perfect and aligns at the bottom with all my other cabinets. They (him and the GC) is trying to figure out a work around. A solution is to add spacers between my panel and the actual dishwasher. Sounds like a lot of extra work for a brand new item. Do you have any suggestions?
I finally figured it out by myself the entire dishwasher had to be moved downAbout 3/4 of an inch and then the panel could be then moved up an additional 3/4 of an inch allowing it to clear the underside and still make it underneath the countertop

What product did you use to treat the door? Also did you treat the front as well?

Same happened to me. IKEA was about as helpful as a screen door on a submarine when I followed up on this issue
