❤❤❤❤❤🎉❤❤❤❤❤ Very interesting and I agree with you, lovely with room for more fabulousness upstairs. Live downstairs and rent upstairs. Great offering and your English is really good, great even.

One of the nicest views of old buildings yet. No ruins, no derelicts.

Love the character, especially the cute bathroom behind the antique door and the front patio is great. The location is excellent, and the neighborhood is very nice which will help it maintain value. It looks like good investment.

OmG The top floor is what I love the most, I can see the potential so clear. honestly downstairs is great too. that is the first kitchen I would not rip out. Incredible property. How is public transport in this town, are they frequent bus services?

A gorgeous place with fantastic potential upstairs. I wonder if you have any sort of rough idea what the cost and timeline would be to finish the upstairs area? I know there are many variables that would impact the budget, but what might a reasonable budget be?

Thoroughly enjoying home shopping from our sofa here in Vancouver! Im wondering about the significance of the Canada flag at the bottom of the road sign you were standing in front of???

Hi! Welcome to the channel! The flag is to indicate that this Italian town is twinned with the city of Hamilton.

Looks like an amateur rehabbed the downstairs space. Poor trim work, amateur windows, interrupted ceiling lines, ridiculous non load bearing wall cutting the arch in half. Terrible.

Have you ever worked on a stone house that’s several hundred years old?

@@dianesardone4499 No, but I do work on 100 yr. old houses and I recognize material and design choices. And I can recognize and comment when a space which was once architecturally interesting has been chopped up into the short stay housing market. I can recognize commercial tile, which is dreary but functional. I can recognize poor windows that were put together on the cheap. And since comments are open, I get to speak my piece about it.

Completely agree. It would have been better to have gone for a studio design and keep the ceiling as a focal point and main feature, especially if taken back to the exposed brickwork. Quality overrides quantity, anytime.
