What a fun video. it's interesting that most of the chicks left the nest under cover of darkness. I once happened upon a nest just as the Bewick's Wren babies were leaving. I didn't document it, but since I usually walk through the woods in the afternoon, I'm sure it was daytime. Some chicks appeared in the door and immediately took the leap. Others considered their options for a moment then took off. A couple stood in the doorway so long that a sibling still inside just pushed its way past the bird obstructing its path to freedom. It was an observation I will never forget.
Additionally, here's a video documenting the House Wren's nest building process! th-cam.com/video/lVMTv-pQClw/w-d-xo.html
Can everyone say ahhhh at once such a good one guys 🙂
I appreciate the amount of time it took to produce and edit this video. Many thanks for the education!
I love watching baby birds. 🙂

Yeah it is interesting. I was really hoping to watch them leave but one day I checked the camera feed and they were all gone :/

Thank you . Very fun to watch. ❤
So many little babies!!
Wonderful! Thanks for doing that!
of all your amazing videos, this ranks up there. Wow. Thank you!
Awesome!
Absolutely wonderful
I also have to wonder how they know, or if they they know they're feeding them equally?
subbed
I have a white sparrow living in my yard, i hear they are very rare!
Being a mama bird is a thankless job. Feed me now and clean up my poop and then do it all over again and again and again for days and days
I'm still wondering where the dads go while Mom is brooding. Like where do the males sleep at night and all that?
That’s a good question. I’m assuming just in a tree somewhere or under a covered area
