Hi, yes use the clip no problem. The car which hit the innocent driver sped off jumped a red light and vanished. Reported to law enforcement by the injured party.

lol....I too hate illegal plates! Never understand how they get away with it, even MOT stations turn a blind eye to such plates.

Lol what a boring person you are. Nothing excuses a hit and run. I couldn't care less whether it even had number plates on it. Illegally spaced number plate lol, you're not wrong but you sound like an absolute pansy who has to follow every rule in life. Go get a job as a traffic warden or something
