    I would LOVE to see your cherry tomato ferment!!!! I love that you are showing us HOW you use them, too. This is all so new to me, so it's awesome to learn how to use everything, too!!! ;)

    Yes kombucha too. I’m waiting to use mine for just the right recipe. Peaches are perfect!

      Waiting to use your kombucha? But it will get super vinegary... or maybe there's something else you're waiting to use?

    Love your sun porch and yummies. What is your recommendation? On... I'm using date sugar and coconut sugar instead of white bleached sugar. I usually use the same amount as I would a white sugar. Thanks

      I love both of those options. I tend to prefer coconut sugar's taste, unless i want a caramel "vibe" and i think date syrup and date sugar deliver that beautifully (like in my salted caramel hot chocolate :) ) You might like this article: soulyrested.com/the-best-sugar-to-use-and-what-sugar-to-avoid-with-david-stelzer-of-azure/ (there's a yt video linked in there too)
