You just made me go and buy these!! I miss all of the modifications and upgrades you used to do to your Ram 1500! The DRL’s are very nice looking but the light output from the actual lights themselves are really impressive!!

I just ordered them for my 13’ Big Horn. Love them already. Easy install. Ordered with Prime yesterday morning at 10a and got them by 7p last night and installed them just now.
Maybe I should get a 4th gen and do this setup. This is very clean and nice! I love my 5th gen, but 4th gen’s got a place in my heart.

I had bought some after market projector led fog lights for my 2007 Ram 1500,and I had to adjust mine also to get them aimed correctly.
Love the light output. I do like the running light function but am too lazy to wire it up and I’m not afraid of wiring. I put an HID headlight bulb kit into my factory projectors, with harness and everything. Aside from lighting, I changed my truck from turn key fob to push button which requires pinning wires into factory connectors.

Pretty sure John nutted himself 6:53 “It looks soOOO good”. Definitely getting these if the mechanics at the Ram Dealership ever figure out what’s wrong with my 2014 Ram 1500 fuel system. Codes are saying it’s running rich but they can’t figure it out or reproduce what felt like misfiring on the freeway. It’s been over 2 weeks!
Historically, 4th gen Ram fog lights have been known to shake or rattle when going over bumps on the road. I've experienced this with OEM and aftermarket fog light assemblies. This is due to the design of the adjuster. Do these lights have this issue??

I have heard that the brackets have been an issue with these foglights. Have you had the same issue? Also, any issue with water getting inside the lens?

welp... I have the headlights so I guess I have to order the matching fog lights now... they look great.
They match soooo good
mine came in yesterday. really liking them in the day with the DRL look. haven't had a chance to test them at night yet. only one thing I thought was odd is how they act when you use remote start. The DRL on them doesn't turn on till you hit the start button inside the truck. I wonder how it knows a difference between the headlight DRL and the fog DRL when it is on the same DRL wire harness from the headlights.

Looks good AF !! Just got mine in today, going to run them with Alpharex G2 . My question is do these fogs fit better than the OEM ? You know they wiggle a lot, especially when hitting bumps.....TIA

Hey Boosted, love the channel. I have a set of aftermarket fogs on my 2016 Express. They shake when driving and I hit a bump, not too happy with them 😒. Do these fogs do the same?

I've got drl in headlights and fog lights. Got pulled over by a cop because of the drl in fog lights. Strange thing is he had at least 3 completely off-road lightbars on while pulling me over 🤔🤔🤔

Fog lights should be adjusted by using the top of the cutoff on the garage door and not the bottom of the light that is right in front of the truck. You will not be able to see that light in front as the hood will be blocking it. It kind of looks like you adjusted them too low
Please tell me where to connect the white wire, I have a factory projector headlight . they are all different colors and there is no red there..

Do your fog light frames continue to break on the driver side? I have the same lights but the top bolt won't line up properly on the driver side and it puts extra pressure on the frame. My first set broke after just a couple of months.

@BoostedMotorsports Hey John, any idea what the factory DRL wire is on stock projectors? I just got a pair of these fogs and they had no instructions in the box. concerned because in Canada our OE DRL's in the projectors run off the amber signal. I don't want the fog to flash LOL

If your truck is the classic with the same front end then yes 👍
The inly issue is that ince lights burn out there is no way to replace them
So the daytime running light wire is NOT plug n play.

With all these light upgrades and no codes being thrown, is the OEM battery the way to go or do you recommend a different battery? If so, what cold weather battery would you recommend for the fourth gen ram?
OEM batteries are made by aftermarket companies so I usually just try to buy a battery somewhere with the best price and with the best warranty and ease of exchange that won't give you a headache if you have an issue. Costco and Walmart in my opinion are usually the best price, don't give you a hassle if you need to return, and has stores nationwide that you can bring it back to any location 💪
