Hi, thanks so much for the video! 2 questions. Is it right to sell the same Sound pack (royalty free) in different online shops? Why on Loopcloud, Sound packs contain plenty of loops, instead of about 10 as you say. Thanks for answering.

Hey thanx for ya vid. But I'm a musician who's been making beats for years and I'm pretty much old school with real instruments. I have created some of my own songs also. I'm also good with key change so that let's you know how old old School I am..... Lol I wanted to know can I do something with that as well or do I need to upgrade? I'm more than sure cause that type of music is way out dated.... I do know about E- music and laying tracks and creating newer type beats as well But it's my hobby and been in love with this for years doing it the old-fashioned way and wanted to know if it was worth the effort. Thanx brother....👍🏾

I would like to create my own vocal only sample site How do I stop DJ/producers coming to my future site buying my vocals and putting on there site and selling them as there's as you mentioned.
You won't be able to stop them in most cases. Once you are big enough and created a name for yourself your customers and fans will start calling out and exposing those criminally inclined producers when they come across your stuff being resold. I saw it happen to others when their beats were stolen.
I’m an iOS sound designer expanding into desktop products.
I’m curious to know what software instruments you can legally use to create a sample packs. So if I use XO to create a beat wouldn’t that be illegal since it’s their samples you’re using. It seems like technically speaking it would be illegal to use any software instrument to create your own pack.

it's not fully illegal to use software instruments. just depends what you're taking from there.
if it's straight up the same samples you're ripping and redistributing, then it's illegal
if it's heavily modified samples (e.g. drums?) or a melodic loop composed of software 'real' instruments, then it's fine imo
using software synths is fine for sure

Correct
from a legal point, it will be stealing (you're taking other peoples tracks)... so, gotta be careful, those are uncleared samples
