I absolutely agree with you! Gorgeous & unique property! We rent ourselves here in western Massachusetts and rents here are outrageous ( want to get out of winter cold & head to warmth in Florida ) ! Rentals in many cases are more than mortgages ( darn deposits on houses so much but wish we could do that instead of throwing all this money away, our whole life through on rents!)! I am grateful for this but paying so much is a killer ( love to live in The Villages in Florida) but everything is sky high! You are so right! This house is well worth the price compared to paying rents that keeps being raised every yr to outrageous amts. Very few rentals around( we are retired) so landlords know “they got you!” We then have landlords to always deal with, on top of it! What a treat to own your own place! You are so right “abhishekgargg” & I agree with everything you stated! Wishing you the very best!🍒

House is worth $7M at best
I actually would say probably about 5 or 6 at best actually because it needs a lot of work it's dated. I was elected one of Josh's Altman's top fans on Facebook so I'm not trying to bad mouth him cuz he is a good dude.
And it's going to actually take a unique buyer to buy that house and plus interest rates are high so it's really not worth a 10 million five value or 11 million five value like I said it's worth about five and six million the most in my opinion and it's a house that needs a lot of work
