Can I used it and will it repair my skin because I have spider veins and stretch mark wit dark knuckles
These lotions work best for evening out the skin and correcting mild cases of hyperpigmentation because of their brightening properties. Vitamin C helps to diminish the appearance of stretch marks but will not completely erase them. Since these lotions contain vitamin c, they may help reduce the appearance of stretch marks. For dark knuckles and spider veins, I really can't tell unless you give it a try. But they're all good in giving you a uniform complexion.

Since it is already a skin-brightening lotion, I would suggest using it with a mild, hydrating, and moisturizing body wash. You could look into brands like Dove, Olay, and Aveano. These brands have great body washes.
If you are on a budget though, you can get bar soaps from these brands as well. Bar soaps are a more affordable option.

I would recommend Medix 5.5. It seems to be more moisturizing from the reviews I have seen although you may want to pair it with a deep moisturizing lotion like Cerave, Eucerin or Vanicream.

you just lied there about Palmer's saying it can't be applied on face. It is for both face and body and I have been using it on my face for a long time. So don't say what you don't know. If you haven't tried it on face say you haven't tried but don't say it can't be used on face that's a lie. Palmer's advertise is as for both face and body
