    Yes.. If Skinny tlga, need ang CALORIE SURPLUS/BULKING, pero if hindi, hindi need ang BULKING para mag gain ng maskels

    Dati ginawa ko para lumaki ang muscle, kumain ng marami, buhat atleast 30 minutes, tapos inom ng whey kain itlog at more calories dapat. Iwas puyat, 1 day rest sa buhat para mapahinga ang muscle. Wag buhat ng buhat ba ka maging incredible hulk ka nyan. 😆

    Kailangan din nya mag focus sa gym kesa basketball kasi too much basketball will burn your muscles intense cardio kasi ang basketball.

    kelange po ba talaga ng carbs? paano po kung galing ka sa diabetes at gumaling na at gustong mag build ng muscles. sabi kasi nila theres no essential carbs kasi we have fats and protein. since wla na daw po ng carbs fats will be your energy and protein to build muscles,

    Ma'am pag diabetic kaba Dina pwding magpataba Ng konti . Nag exercise Naman Ako .pero normal Naman na yong sugar ko. At brown rice Naman Ang kinakain koda umaga tanghali hapon. Pwd bang mag pataba taba Ang ganitong may karamdaman. Payat Po Ako eh Ang timbang ko eh NASA 45 lamang .Ang idad ko ay NASA 56 na. Ano Po doc Ang aking gagawin.

    Coach patulong Naman , tagal ko na nag reresearch., pang night kasi ang work ko . And that's why I can't decide kung Anong Oras ako mag wowork out , pag uwi ko ba Ng morning?? Since mas better mag work out before matulog para after workout repair agad or pag ka gising KASO after Ng work out ko Meron aqng almost 13 hours Bago matulog Hindi ba magiging useless Yun coach ?? Kung pag kagising Ng gabi aq mag wowork out like 7pm ??
