A real hot poch of color ,texture unimaginable. very appropriate for a sample display of materials and texture stop. The narrow entrance has 4 tones of brown. God. No single flow of color ,has no harmony. Absolutely flashy ,shining ,the brown color has closed all visual flow of expanse of the apartment. You call this grandeur oh my God !

Being a professional interior designer, I find everything very gaudy/loudy. Aesthetically it's not eye soothing because of too many materials at a time. For sure, he is not an interior designer but a contractor something.
Still he tried his best & congratulations for your project.

In one of the previous videos, Piyushji himself had said that he has no professional training in interior design and is actually perfecting the trait using his work experience as a tool.
Having known that, the finished products on display from him are a treat to the eyes.
Lastly, having professional training and being professional in your work are two completely different aspects.

Very busy. Throwing everything you consider luxury into one room doesn’t make it tasteful. All the textures and differing patterns is migraine inducing. Your eye doesn’t know where to settle first. Excessively detailed.

Normally you don't give clarity about budget of your projects.This is biggest problem for placing order.customers are not interested to know 100% cost of your project but you should tell +or - 10% cost so customer can think of renovation.its suggestion which will benefit your company.

Disco! Too many colors and patterns in small space. Funny aesthetics! Small spaces must have 1-3 colors in order to look and feel big. Salam khan has nothing to do with acting and he is actor. Not hero or start but unfortunately people in India don’t get it. Plus this door can’t be 350 Kg. No matter what!

Not to complain, but I didn’t find proper leg space under dining table. Due to modern design, leg space was compromised I guess. and over all look of entry and living area was very heavy. I like most of your work in other videos. One more thing, Entry Door is way too much.
If I get this house, first thing I'll do is hire a real interior designer and revamp it completely, other than the kitchen. Not even hotels are so loud.

1) I can appreciate the kitchen Overall... Color, Pattern.... For such a small space... It's Ok...
2) I can appreciate the Chandelier and ceiling in dinning Very Classy but high maintenance... Could appreciate Dinning Chairs if in beige color....
3) 😌But I am Sorry... Rest of the work appeared tooo much elements all together ... In such a Small Space... It appears all the Expensive items can be easily sold on the name of interior... Pattern Door, Heavy Mirror, 3Stools instead of one Classic Console, Dark Big Bar in such small corner, Flooring, Dark Rug on dark glossy floor , Wallpapers print , Centre Table.... Were just tooo laoud for me... Lights just like a Pub... Dark entrance like tunnel...

सर आपने मेन डोअर के पिच्छे ,डोअर ... वॉल को न लगे इसलीए एक लंबा,और मॅगनेट का वॉल पर लगा दिया है. वो जो लंबा आपने डोअर पर लगवाया है ,डोअर बंद करणे पर बिच में आता है ,वह किसी बच्चे या बुजर्ग लोकोको लग सकता है,
......क्या उसे वॉल पर नही लगवा सकते .....ताकी ओ किसी को ना लगे
...बस ऐसी ही लगा इसीलिए पुच्छा......
