This channel doesn’t bored me anytime you have a recommendation it adds knowledge to me and this is straight to the point! Thanks for sharing and your designs are superb! Love this minimalistic and modern looks.
Thank you for this. I was having trouble finding a interior design style that worked for me but after watching this video I can finally design my mansion in GTA5.
Wonderfully executed infomercials on fantastic design. Alex Lee does a wonderful job of giving us a peak into a luxury market while informing us on important aspects to address in our home. Thanks you!
Love your channel from South Africa. About to start our apartment renovation making the 3rd bedroom a walk in wardrobe as well and a pallet of dark grey, matte black and brown. Very excited.
alex i start making my tiny studio flat luxurios , i learn from your videos i do like the colors in this video.... i would like to show you soon what i have done already and what will make in the future..... i like earth colors and industrial look.... :-) maskulin...
The apartments shown are actually luxury apartments, in an expensive neighbourhood with very expensive, high quality interiors. Maybe the top 0.01% can afford such place. The tips are very good actually, but the framing of the video suggests I have to spend a fortune to achieve such luxurious results or it's a real estate developer's ad for selling those nice flats. Don't get me wrong, these places are gorgeous. But seeing something more affordable, like an average apartment in a mediocre neighbourhood would be more relatable for most people. Seeing the renovation process with limited budget. More emphasis on DIY tips, on how how to achieve these results without breaking the bank would be also appreciated.
Out of curiosity, why can't we use dry walls like those houses in America or most European countries? If i want to make full makeover every 5 years for my house, i think using dry walls is a better option. What do u say guys?
The question should be: How do you make your home comfortable, and your own with your fragrance, your taste, your art. Most modern houses have no charm, as the are boring with expensive furniture, but no individual decoration, just steril, abstract, functional “beauty”. Boring, boring, boring. Like living in a hotel.
This is the most beautiful apartment. I love the way he goes about his job. But the truth is; without making good investments, no one can ascertain the kind of money required to own such properties. I am retiring next yr at 55 with 3 houses paid off worth 40.5 million. I realized that the secret to making a million is making better investments.
finely tuned tips, but what happened to ancient feng-shui knowledge ? mirrors should be used carfully, in order to provide symmetrie to rooms unbalanced, or deflecting energy where it flows in sharply ... not that I wouldn't like mirrors, but in a living space, this can add to feel crowdy, as you reflect yourself, imagine sitting with your friends: you literally end up on display multiple times ...
Didn’t really like the glass cabinet display as it is nice to look but not practical on a daily basis - hard to maintain it’s look and cleaning is difficult
Hi I have been trying to contact you via messenger but I haven’t heard from you. I need to renovate my apartment. Could you please kindly reply me? Thank you.
Matthew 13:18-23 18 Hear ye therefore the parable of the sower. 19 When any one heareth the word of the kingdom, and understandeth it not, then cometh the wicked one, and catcheth away that which was sown in his heart. This is he which received seed by the way side. 20 But he that received the seed into stony places, the same is he that heareth the word, and anon with joy receiveth it; 21 Yet hath he not root in himself, but dureth for a while: for when tribulation or persecution ariseth because of the word, by and by he is offended. 22 He also that received seed among the thorns is he that heareth the word; and the care of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, choke the word, and he becometh unfruitful. 23 But he that received seed into the good ground is he that heareth the word, and understandeth it; which also beareth fruit, and bringeth forth, some an hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.

Not my type. I like some Malaysian house appear on this channel actually. Singaporean tend to over make-up their houses to look luxurious... It's kind of boring and would get outdated when new trends arrive. Good architecture should stand with their true identity not fake castle

Thank you. Please let us know who makes those fabulous glass cabinets behind the bar area. Exactly what we have been searching for.
This is a marketing advertisement masquerading as a feature episode. Surprised to see this on your channel tbh.
Excellent tips ! Thank You ! Alex 👍🏻♥️👍🏻
Step 1: Have lots of money
I don't 😅
Too funny
Not true. If you know what you’re doing you can realize a lot with cheap stuff.
Your still in the matrix @@rw80
😅😅😂😂
Thank you, Alex!👍
Thanks for including this great decorating ideas. I'm thinking of redesigning my rooms and your tips are really useful.
Much love from Canada really like all the designs you feature 😊
Beautiful apt
I ❤ the idea of that island or so-called breakfast table, that should be good for a small house too😊
Great inspiration
I can tell if the table is marble or tapestry. And with tapestry that imitates marble? That gives a dirt cheap vibe.
👌🏻✨
Nice one.. I'm the first one to comment! 😅✨💯😜
Alex Lee, your videos are always a great pleasure to watch. It's a joy to learn from you!
Thank you for inspiration! I believe I use some ideas to create the home that suits for my soul ❤️

Tip 1: Move into a luxurious home
Tip 2: Enjoy

In this case, I'm more inclined to the smaller mirror - being able to look at myself taking a shit is a luxury I can do without.

Hi Alex can you do an episode highlighting hospitals private hospitals and medical spas?
Is there any adjustable height dining table? So that it can serve both island and dining concept to save space
How can I mix between traditional dining room with Chinese cabinets and go modern with the rest of home ?
What is wrong with embrassing a small appartement? Small appartment usually feel very cozy
Mirrors can also make a place look cold or cheap . Lighting and mirrors go hand in hand . The cozier the better results with a mirror
how did you make stone finish on the wall ?

Your work is really mesmerising and fascinating.. I would be honoured if I get to work under you...

Tip on how to make your content appear more high end. Capture better audio xD.
1:00 - what is happening with her hair/scalp?
Sir area penang cover tak
bad fengshui leh. kitchen visible from front door. mirror behind dining area. 😢
❤
1:25 spacious living ing area???
Good and helpful tips.
Big mirrors are wonderful for good looking owners, but if you look scary, you may get a nasty fright.
🚨Step 2 - have lots of money
0:25 bro got sponsored by the O5 council bro
Add some colors.. Style doesn't mean boredom..
Good luck with those chargers 🔌 don't catch fire!
finely tuned tips, but
what happened to ancient feng-shui knowledge ?

not that I wouldn't like mirrors, but in a living space, this can add to feel crowdy, as you reflect yourself, imagine sitting with your friends: you literally end up on display multiple times ...

Not talking about convenience, we’re talking about luxury.
Me 3rd i guess
The width of the living room is simply too narrow.
I would call it defensive luxury. If you do not feel confident about combining colors, then follow these rules.
The tips are just general basic design principles.
You are showing the houses that ARE already luxurious....
LUXURIOUS BUT VERY SMALL FOR EUROPEAN STANDARDS !
Hi I have been trying to contact you via messenger but I haven’t heard from you. I need to renovate my apartment. Could you please kindly reply me? Thank you.
No large mirror for me. Don't need to see myself constantly.
Looks cheap now tho, this was ok in 2007
but all those black frame glass and cheap led trips furniture and tables are very cheap

been trying for 2 months to get these guys...gave up
I’m sure a lot of people will love this, but it’s not for me😊. It’s too claustrophobic for me. I prefer your houses with large windows and greenery.
I hate how the flooring in America is wood.
Thanks for keeping us financially educated ❤ I'm favoured, regardless of how bad it gets on the economy, I still make $27,000 every single week

tbh that house look ugly. too cluttered and too much going on.
the lighting and color make it look like a show room than a home.
Msians are rich but constantly complained they are so poor
That living room is too sterile and shiny. Poor use of the mirror
Zero charm.
I am sorry but that is not that "luxurious"
thanks for the tips my little homosexual japanese
More like an apartment sales pitch than designing a home.
Looks more like Oriental designed in luxury design

Me too. Too sterile.
