@@VampX13 oh it did! It totally humbled him because he knew Spider-Man could have easily killed him but chose not too. That’s what makes Peter Parker/ Spider-Man one of the most popular superheroes. He tries to understand his enemies instead of just brushing their reasoning and emotions aside. He tries to talk to them like a person and not just another criminal before he resorts to violence. He doesn’t want to see anyone hurt. He wants the best for everyone regardless of their past mistakes and you have to respect a man like that

Ahh, there's nothing more satisfying than a brutal Villain defeat. Hyperion punching a hole through Galactus's head, Mr. Fixit beating Kingpin, and Doomsday knocking out Darkseid.

At the end, she cleared the room of her teammates for a moment with the villain, then they heard him SCREAM from the next room. No one knows what she did, but leaving it to the reader's imagination was incredibly effective. The Malice persona manifested after that story, making me even more curious!
Joe Fixit Gray Hulk will definitely wipe the floor with Kingpin. Wilson needs to hire a small army of super powered foes and that still might not be enough. 😅

The spider man vs. firelord story , SM was not in a state of bloodlust he was in a state of panic because nothing he could do would shake off FL , that's why he freaked out.
If Hyperion took on Galactus it will be a tough match for this evil Superman he does have similar powers to Man of steel but I don't think he can take on cosmic beings much🦹🦹.

Since I think the nineties he has been in a cloned body of Captain America and having all the benefits of the super soldier serum. I think in some storyline he ate Xavier's brain and gained telepathic abilities not sure how that story concluded.
I enjoyed this video. I haven't read comics since the early 80s. The stories just got too dark. But, I was an avid reader throughout the late 60s and 70s. It was a true pleasure seeing this top ten of brutal villain defeats. The Joker turning against the Red Skull kind of makes sense in my head for a lot of reasons. There has always been this suspicion the Joker isn't as crazy as he seems. I think Batman even has the same theory about the Joker. ((The big issue with this idea is that comics are written by comic book writers, not mental health professionals. So, who knows what real life psychiatric disorder the Joker has? The writers could write him doing anything because the readers all have this vague idea of what crazy is. It's difficult to determine what DC wants as definitive Joker lore.)) Also, the Joker has a huge ego. He has to be the top dog. Playing second fiddle to another ego maniac just isn't his style.
I love Storm but Emma frost was written to lose that fight. Otherwise, Emma would have easily crippled Storm's brain before Storm even knew what hit her. Like how Phoenix was written to lose despite being powerful enough to make Logan think he was his own turd and climb back inside of himself somehow.
Actually, Storm would have to stand still and allow Emma to do that. Storm can overwhelm Emma before do her mind tricks (which requires concentration). Storm is not omega level for nothing.

Here's why Spider-Man could never beat Firelord: Spider-Man, on his best day, isn't anywhere NEAR as fast, much less physically strong enough to think about beating this guy. You mean to tell me, that a guy who's been clocked flying at light speed can be caught and beaten buy a much weaker guy who's got problems just swinging thru Midtown? Stop. Lol

It was pretty wild, I agree. I was shook when I read that issue. The 2021 Heroes Reborn was a pretty cool comic to start.
