For anyone who isn't aware, people can put shared memories at the base of the statue, which forces people out for the menu when they're trying to light their friends. That could be part of the reason why things are being moved around.
That happened to me a lot yesterday - had to stop and hide the memories so I could light my friend stars People really put shared memories anywhere, not thinking that some places we're going to be trying to click on other things

There’s really no point in having the candle benches there when there’s literally the seats outside of the cafe which you can talk without a timer. Only good thing it could benefit is the daily quest to sit at a bench with a stranger because it only works with those specific benches.

The "buy more" option is actually already in the game! I was able to buy an extra corner chair directly from my nest like a few weeks ago. It's still buggy right now, though. My friends can't see the extra chair I bought, but I can see it just fine!
Okay since letting this video process and upload I’ve been thinking about the furniture and I don’t particularly mind the idea of buying more due to the price. 5 candles for 1 rug is a bit of a steal compared to other rugs we have in the game, 20 for 4 rugs isn’t all that bad. I think I was just taken aback by the entire idea of buying more because i had never thought about it before. 🤔 I am open to it, so long as furniture prices stay CHEAP for 1 piece of furniture!
i might be wrong but i remember this feature already being in live with us being able to buy extras at the same price that the furniture was sold at, which is totally not at a reasonable price ;;; edit to add: the "rug" might be resembling the scrolls that people hang on their walls during lunar new year! hence the size being like that
Im still mad the entrance to the nest replaced the waterfall and that little space you had right at the top of the waterfall. Was perfect place to sleep or relax without the sun glaring at you and the noise of the waterfall was ahhhh 😢

My guess is they've removed obstacles so people can spawn into the game and then move where they want to without bumping into the pole or the bunting or a bunch of sky kids right there

The buy one get others later was added to the nesting shop so you don't have to have multiple numbers of the same item and pay a ton when you just want one. And it's actually a good idea because if a table was available one time in the shop, and it stops being in the shop, you can still get another one and you won't have to wait to get another table or be limited with how many tables you can have (I don't know if there is a limit yet but it would be cool if it was limitless haha)

So now the Nest shop sell individual furnitures that we can buy for cheaper price (1 chair for 10 candles). I dont have the prices off the the top of my head but you get the idea.
I noticed that there is a big bug with the festival mode on the live and on the beta. During the Aurora concert organized by fans I only saw white Skykids. There are no more colors
i think the change to the log in spot of aviary isn’t too bad, although i do miss the color. i have my own grief with the pole because it wasn’t uncommon that after leaving the constellation menu i’d fly straight into the pole/flags, but that’s a me problem LOL. though the expanse of water might be nice for having easy to see boat messages. i know the small water line around the pole existed, but it felt especially small and i can’t bring myself to run to the actual water edges towards nesting/duets to check for messages.
It changed a few weeks ago when they changed how you buy furniture in the workshop. For example, if originally there were a set of 3 and to get it all up front cost 32 hearts, its beoken down so its 16 to get it, and then 16 to unlock the rest at your own pace. I really love the chance, it's allowed me to get items and then work up to more instead of waiting 13 weeks between getting it all.

my question with the change in moving the Aviary pole is now with the constellation table there instead, where is the TS going to go? like it made sense before being on the little island with the pole before. and there was space there, too. but now that doesnt apply. but surely they wouldnt plop the TS right in the middle of the constellation table, right? thatd be weird as well. but now its kind of awkward cause thats what that middle area is now: just for the constellation table. even with the little stretch of grass around the table before the water starts isnt really enough room for the TS to stand either. would be awkwardly squished in trying to make it work right there. lol maybe theyll just have the TS getting their feet wet straight up standing in the shallow water around the constellation table. idek.
chinese person here LMAO i think they ask you to buy duplicates because in lunar new year, we usually do things in twos because of auspicious reasons, like symmetry and decorations yk. And i think the red 'rugs' are actually red scrolls which are things that we hang on both sides of the door! and usually also one directly above the door so three hahah but two is okay too. i can understand why it is confusing for people that dont celebrate but im happy that more of my culture is being introduced globally heheh and yeah lol the thing is in real life, we need to buy new lny decorations and we cannot reuse them so at least in game i dont have to worry about that haha
I'm not fond of dyable hairs Idk why. I think I like that with the new days, hair being white will be the only constant on every skykid. And I really hope it stays that way. I would like, however, for accesories that are stuck to the hairs to be dyable, like maybe the feathers on the ult hair from Revival or things like that.

I was really upset when they updated to buy more furniture, because I had already bought some really expensive pieces and it was saying that I had to pay double what I payed originally to get all of them. Completely ridiculous.

chinese person here LMAO i think they ask you to buy duplicates because in lunar new year, we usually do things in twos because of auspicious reasons, like symmetry and decorations yk. And i think the red 'rugs' are actually red scrolls which are things that we hang on both sides of the door! and usually also one directly above the door so three hahah but two is okay too. i can understand why it is confusing for people that dont celebrate but im happy that more of my culture is being introduced globally heheh and yeah lol the thing is in real life, we need to buy new lny decorations and we cannot reuse them so at least in game i dont have to worry about that haha
Do you know if dye channels will be added retroactively to older cosmetics too? Or are they only for brand new stuff coming after this next season?
I'm not fond of dyable hairs Idk why. I think I like that with the new days, hair being white will be the only constant on every skykid. And I really hope it stays that way. I would like, however, for accesories that are stuck to the hairs to be dyable, like maybe the feathers on the ult hair from Revival or things like that.

Edit: color me baffled botanist (literally when i saw those pants i really didnt expect them to be free because those are super nice; definitely recommend getting them this year, because if they DO come back next year... say bye-bye to your candles).

I hope tgc lets us expand the nest placement space, or maybe implement some game mechanic to allow us to gain more amount of furniture slots somehow, cause there is too much furniture already for the number of items the game lets us place inside the nest... Im very fond of little and crowded spaces, organized in creative ways, but the game seem to be quite restrictive about it :/
