@@marteumar8429 But they're right. If you like highlighter as a way to add a natural glow to your skin, that's fine. I love that beautiful glow and think it looks so fresh. But I also like to look like I'm high elf who's cheek bones are shimmering with the arcane power coursing through my veins. It's ok as long as it's the effect you're going for. Susan clearly likes that youthful glow and it's nice that she wants to help others who want that same look but it's presumptuous to assume that anyone else doing it differently must just be doing it wrong.
Hope most the beauty influencers see this. They need it. Can you do a video on blush and bronzer vs contour? People are starting to get into glowy blushes that also double as a highlighter and the bronzer they create a helmet or go too orange. Hardly anyone picks the right shade for a contour. Niki just did what ya were saying was a no no.
Some people do come across as elitist - that attitude is just not cute. Shine as you want! Don’t be low-key throwing shade at anyone who doesn’t have the same style as you
Got no time or patience for makeup "rules". I'm gonna keep going in "too hard" cause that's the look I like. Im not spending an hour on my face 'cause i wanna look "natural"
maisarah Khan Love how she’s saying makeup has Rules. First of all makeup is an art and doesn’t have rules. Second highlighters came back in 2014 and it came back as being super blinding. If you wanna pack that high lighter go ahead cause there’s no RULES on how to high light your face.
Susan! In addition to your intellect and beauty, I truly love listening to your advice and opinions. You always have something important to say. Thank you for being amazing, much love and support to you :)

joshua rivera they are suggestions for one and two, she is letting people know what they were created for and how to easily apply it. She doesn’t care what you do with your life, so no need to take it personally.
Makeup does have rules...like theirs a theory to art, dance and music. You can do whatever you want but their definitely is a standard for what looks good.
You’re so beautiful and your makeup looks gorgeous I wish I had a personal makeup artist! I love the Algenist luminizing drops what color do you wear? Also what makeup do you currently have on in this video it’s so flawless!
Jessica Vandervelden for some reason no matter how much I try to blend my liquid highlighter after my foundation it still looks like that lol. I am going to try before Foundation 😅 x
I’m extremely fair, but I’m not necessarily cool toned. Both of those examples shown would look ridiculous on me. I use a light champagne color that leans more yellow than gold. Mary Louminizer is perfect.

What’s the point of putting it on under foundation if people aren’t going to know you have it on?
I think she wants a natural glow coming from underneath the skin
Like Pamela said, it gives you a natural lit from within glow. 👍
Catchows they do know you have it on. It just isn’t screaming, HEY I HAVE HIGHLIGHTER ON MY FACE.
Love it
Rachel Sweets Thanks Rachel!
