You know what would be fun? If we had like a special motorsports anniversary championship where all the big circuit championships compete together to see who is the best all rounder. I am talking F1, Formula E, NASCAR, IndyCar, Endurance, DTM, WTCR, IMSA SportsCars, GT Series, you name it. 1 Team, 2 Cars, 2 Drivers, 2 Circuits each, may the best Allrounder win. Obviously we must exclude Motor GP and Karting because that’s way to dangerous. I now its virtually impossible, but it would be fun.
I wanna see an ISMA Super Modified, too. Tons of downforce, active aero, 900+ horsepower in a car under 1000 kg; etc. The only issue is that these cars are skewed to turn left faster than they turn right lmao
They would fit a custom steering rack for a circuit like this IRL. The teams use Monaco-only steering racks, no reason why they couldn't use a tighter one here if they had to I'd think. But the wheel base of the cars is of course a bit too long for this type of circuit, and we would never see F1 cars on such a Mickey Mouse circuit xD
Every FE track is like Monaco, that's true. But unlike F1, FE can actually race and overtake on street circuits, so it definitely isn't such boring procession.
Well TBH, good driver can drive anything, anywhere. As long as it is wide enough to go through for that certain vehicle obviously, cant really drive a big truck through 1 meter wide alley for example lol.
Batteries drain substantially faster at high speeds and get much less regen under braking like short tight circuits. They are much better suited to low and mid speed tracks.
It's because of how fast they are compared to how slow the cameras make them look, that "small" tap is usually incredibly forceful, we just don't have a good sense of that speed
The question is can the driver do it? Well, duh. Obviously, to touch the limit of an F1 car on a tighter track, you just have to adjust its settings so it can hit the limits of the track.
