    Bottom line is when someone like Matt Hoover who connects with alot of people because hes just a common person like most of us gets the ATF butthurt it doesn't matter that they beat him in court. They just want to hurt him financially and make it as difficult as they can for him to fight. That is the punishment. We all have the right to speak out when we see injustice like with the ATF. But with someone like Matt, its about his outspokenness and influence. They've got way too much power to hurt people when their feelings get hurt. The worst part is they are punishing people's families also by doing this. This tactic of just trying to ruin someone financially and make life difficult for them hurts their families as well. I've talked to Matt. He is a good and honest man trying to do well for his family. That is his main objective and the ATF has punished his family by purposely disrupting his ability to do that.

    Laws should automatically be nullified if they are so ambiguous that the regulating agency can't even agree on the law. There also needs to be penalties for agencies who arrest people under these ambiguous laws. The laws are already written to punish people before they're even found guilty. We are supposed to be innocent until proven guilty but then the minute charges are brought against you, everything is stacked against you. It never should have gotten to this point but we need to change the way we look at things. We need to start treating people as innocent until they plead guilty or are found guilty.

    I think there needs to be a law anytime the government brings charges against someone and they are found not guilty they should have to reimburse all costs

      They don't care because it's not their money they're spending. It would help their victims a little, but it's just more money wasted.
      The real solution is to get rid of all the laws that criminalize victimless behaviors. The litmus test for determining whether a politician is a good person or not is whether they're trying to pass even more laws or trying to get rid of the ridiculous laws we already have. Please take note that neither of the major parties have anyone doing this.

    I have been thinking of finding a to scale pic of the autokeycard and get it tattooed. Someone could trace my tatt and possibly use it to make it...Would that make ME a machine gun?

    • @heatshield
      @heatshield ปีที่แล้ว

      Just get it tattooed smaller than it should be, then exercise a little until it stretches to the right size. Your tattoo malfunctioned into dimension, it wasn’t designed that way.

    That's just it, these days the process IS the punishment. They don't care, they effectively have unlimited funds and resources to go after you. And if they lose, it doesn't matter, it wasn't their money anyway. They know at that point there's nothing you can do. Lawsuits aimed at them rarely win, if the person bringing them can even afford to do it in the first place, after being financially wiped out from the failed prosecution.

    As many times as I have seen the auto-key-card, posted on several TH-cam channels it so easy to reproduce this auto key card. I have no doubt thousands of Americans have reproduced the card on paper and of course aluminum can be accessed by anyone. The ATF has far exceeded their authority on this and many other things.

    The ATF, under the direction of whatever administration is in power, changes the classification of items, sometimes in direct contradiction of the letter of the law. The ATF is an enforcement agency not law makers. Under the direction of Donald Trump, the ATF reclassified the bump-fire stock as a machine gun, with no legislative action and no judicial action. Bump-fire stocks were then confiscated by the governement with no judicial process and no compensation, in direct violation of the 4th amendement. Trump did more to confiscate what had been legal weapons than any president in my lifetime. Even Clinton and the assault weapons band didn't confiscate guns or property without due process. No one is above the law! Including Trump, the ATF and every single government official. This is not a left vs right issue, it's an issue of governement abuse of power.
