1.Ensure the closing coil is functional and has proper voltage. 2.Confirm the spring is fully charged; the indicator should show “charged.” 3. Verify the control circuit continuity and connections, including interlocks and wiring. 4. Check mechanical and electrical interlocks (e.g., safety interlocks or position interlocks) for proper operation. 5.Ensure no active trip signals are preventing the breaker from closing. 6.Test the closing push button for proper functionality. 7.Inspect the breaker mechanism for any mechanical obstruction.
If It is not possible to charge the closing springs by means of the manual charging lever then the operating mechanism is blocked, please contact to the Main contractor.
If It is not possible to charge the closing springs by means of the gearmotor, please see below the problems. 1) The cables of the gearmotor are not inserted correctly in the terminals 2) connections of the power supply Check the connections using the circuit are wrong 3) The circuit-breaker is in disconnected Switch the circuit-breaker to the test position 4) The gearmotor protection internal fuse disconnect. 5)Gear motor may be damaged. What to do? 1)Make sure there is continuity between The cables of the gearmotor are not inserted correctly in the terminals cable and terminal and if necessary reconnect the cables of the gearmotor to the terminals 2) Check the connections using the circuit are wrong relevant wiring diagram 3) Replace the fuse or gear motor if they are faulty.
1. Control Supply Voltage 2. Wiring and Connections 3. Check if the contacts are clean and functioning properly. 4. Test the beaker closing coil for continuity and proper operation. 5. Verify any mechanical or electrical interlocks aren’t preventing the closing action. 6.Ensure no trip command or fault is active that blocks closing.
Initially, I thought it is going to be normal explanation. However, after you have opened the breaker it is awesome 👏🏻 .
Informative practical example
Thanks
Great expectations about ACB
Very clear... U taught us sir thanks
Thank you very much for the Explicit Explanation. 👏
Excellent practical training
Thanks
Well done Sir thank you for the knowledge
Nice explains 👍
Very well explained Sir.
Thanks and welcome
Good one
Thanks
Very good information provided. Thanks.
very well explained , thanks bro))
Thank you for this. Can you do a vedio simulation connecting to ATS?
Sure.. I will work on it and upload as soonest possible ..
Good explanation Thanks
You are welcome
Can you provide a video of PSM or TSM for overcurrent relay🙏🙏🙏
Sure, I will do it and share. thanks
Thanks and you deserve my sub
Thank you so much for the enlighting
Very good explanation, thanks.
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you.
very good sir
Very good. Thanks 🙏🙏🙏
Very nice
Is it having connection to Current Transformer?
🙏🏻🕉❤Jai shree Krishna ❤🕉🙏🏻💐. Prabhuji
Thanks
Hi sir, if the acb can charged but the contact cannot be closed, what is the reason?
1.Ensure the closing coil is functional and has proper voltage.
2.Confirm the spring is fully charged; the indicator should show “charged.”
If the breaker dose not charge what is the issue ??
If It is not possible to charge the closing springs by means of the manual charging lever then the operating mechanism is blocked, please contact to the Main contractor.
If It is not possible to charge the closing springs by means of the gearmotor, please see below the problems.
1) The cables of the gearmotor are not inserted correctly in the terminals
2) connections of the power supply
Check the connections using the
circuit are wrong
3) The circuit-breaker is in disconnected Switch the circuit-breaker to the test position
4) The gearmotor protection internal fuse disconnect.
5)Gear motor may be damaged.
What to do?
1)Make sure there is continuity between
The cables of the gearmotor are not inserted correctly in the terminals
cable and terminal and if necessary reconnect the cables of the gearmotor to the terminals
2) Check the connections using the
circuit are wrong
relevant wiring diagram
3) Replace the fuse or gear motor if they are faulty.
Lever and coil not working how to check it fault ??
Close.position push button not working Whyy
1. Control Supply Voltage
2. Wiring and Connections
3. Check if the contacts are clean and functioning properly.
4. Test the beaker closing coil for continuity and proper operation.
5. Verify any mechanical or electrical interlocks aren’t preventing the closing action.
6.Ensure no trip command or fault is active that blocks closing.
