    Please may you visit Emkhambathini (Table Mountain village) in PMB KZN. It has probably some of the biggest houses in SA. Even big politicians own houses there. Even MaMkhize has a house there.

    Uitval, that's my home. You just passed by my home 5:44. We've been here since 2009 but coming from another old section in Uitval. This section of Uitval started in the early 2000s but it was just a few houses of one street. Most people only started coming in in the past 6 years.

    Hi,sisi Velile woke up here in the United Kingdom to another interesting video. Thanks we all love our rural areas, imihlaba yamakhosi eminingi engaphansi we Ingonyama Trust. What I want to raise is what is so difficult with our local governments now to assist amakhosi nesizwe ekuletheni ingqalasizinda infrastructure after all the hard work that our people have done in all the rural areas that you have visited by building such beautiful houses. Very soon there will be local elections the very rural people will be expected to elect a councillor for what. Why can't they develop these wonderful areas by building roads and put up street lights that can improve the rural areas more just a small ask that is all. Siyabonga you will do this I see a big change ahead only if we can all stand up and do more.

      It’s like you have been reading my mind. I have been thinking a lot on this issue and asking myself what should be the next focus now that electricity and water issues are slowly being handled. I thought that we need to push for aggressive training of people on farming. We need more land for farming and our people need to be skilled on it. Agriculture is important and should help us generate jobs and support rural development in SA. People are still not farming they are just enjoying having livestock in their plots and bragging about it. Very few are actually making this a business. Thank you for your contribution. Let’s keep engaging. Peace and love. 🙏🏾❤️

  • @Hubert677
    @Hubert677 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Hi sis Velile. Thanks for wonderful contents. I would like to suggest that you try to expose more business opportunities in the areas you visit, just a little background of things that they might lack. Atleast this should attract more people that are looking for investment opportunities that will also create a need for them to invest in property in rural areas.
    Emphasising business opportunities will undoubtedly attract investors who are mere just looking for new business opportunities. Balancing your exposure of beautiful housing developments with more business opportunity emphasis would increase more interests, viewers & subscriptions thereof.
    Many property investors might not really see rural property as best investment options but may definitely be interested if shown business opportunities in our rural lands. I do believe there are a lot of businesses opportunities in many villages so doing a bit of homework will add more value to your wonderful chanel. Otherwise you have identified a a good opportunity because of negative mentality of how urban people think of our villages. More exposure will definitely change mindsets after a while & your channel will definitely grow because our villagers are enjoying your attention & exposure for the first time since people often focus on urban areas.
    Good luck sis Velile & may God bless you in your wonderful chanel that empowers our people. May God also bless your supportive husband & family.

    • @VelileLifestyleDecorTV
      @VelileLifestyleDecorTV  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Definitely we need to attract more business opportunities to the villages for better development. On my previous videos I do that. I try to also give answers to questions people ask me a lot such as where they can buy land and how in KZN. Thank you so much for your suggestions. I really appreciate it. Peace and love. 🙏🏾❤️

    • @zamam.7953
      @zamam.7953 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Ok this is a good point but we would still like rural living then business opportunities as an ad on because some of us are interested to actually live there and business opportunities as secondary but nonetheless an option. Know what i mean? Cos you don't want the capitalistic mindset ngoba phela rural living is very community based... At least we hope.
      Or maybe cater for all perspectives yabo? Good way for her to expand her channel.
      🐾

    • @Hubert677
      @Hubert677 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@zamam.7953I'm not at all against rural living, I support it 100%. What I meant is that as an additional strategy to promote the rural living lifestyle she must also show business opportunities in rural areas. That will also motivate those who are not aware of opportunities in rural areas to give it a try.
      It's not actually developing a capitalistic mindset as in a political context but to the contrary it seeks to also encourage our people to be self relient & not just rely on employment. Business also creates more job opportunities for unemployed people in rural areas. If our own people don't realise these opportunities in rural areas then we'll always have a problem where Indians & foreigners come in to provide various services to our areas & take the money out of our communities & invest it in their countries of origin or elsewhere.
      We want rural living & also to establish our own businesses instead of waiting for other people to come & do it.

    Here's a fun fact for people who want to live in these rural areas, these lands are not open for everyone, only people who know each other and can vouch for each other can get the land.. U cannot come from joburg and think u will pay that Khonza fee and get land.. The land doesn't belong to everyone, the Chiefs and Kings control the land and they are also the law.. If you screw up, the Chief has the right to kick u out of the community.. Lastly, if you want to live in KZN you have to speak Zulu as your home language, ohh one last thing, you have to be married to get land..
    But I'm not discouraging anyone, I live in this part of the world and yes it's peaceful compared to the stressful life of the city.. If you meet all that requirement then go ask for a piece of land in your Chief

This gives me encouragement to research further regarding tribal land and I am suspecting there more to it but all I know is that all of us as South Africans in a democratic society it is, we have a right to live anywhere so I suggest you try and identify area of interest and enquire about how you can meet with a chief and get land in that area. All the best. 🙏🏾❤️
