    Thank u,but you didn't go to Are 1 ,are 38, e Nkanyezini area and mnini near Ngcobo Hardware ,Mnini Dam are,you missed those Beautiful houses.im so proud of umgababa,my parents bought a plot in 1979,it was R50, 00 now its from R50,000.Village still under Chief,The sea makes sites expensive.you will need to come back.

    My Goodness. Just saw identical homes in another Southern African country, the prices are almost 20 times more to build. We are so lucky here in Mzansi.

    Umgababa is under Umnini Traditional council that is under Ingonyama Trust , although the agent sell they just a middle person , the council will be the one introducing you to your neighbors and other people and they slaughter a goat and mini party to welcome you once you buy the land under ingonyama trust ,

      @@VelileLifestyleDecorTV its good you do agree..I've been researching on reforestation and regreening African landscapes..I know the biggest challenge is rural folk cutting wood for energy and construction..so alternative have to be found...but wouldn't it be great if all our rural areas had wood lots and and conservation parks.

    Yep, Umgababa and Mnini is clearly the best of the best. I have always desired a plot there. I saw Mnini dam areas earlier and gasped for breath. My point is that if black people were that successful to be millionnaires even before 1980, I have an issue with the general narrative about the apartheid. But we're not here for that, I wish we did not get delayed, for I believe we'd be very very far in all areas had 1986 SANCTIONS not happened and black on black violence. I mean blacks already owned The Executive hotel in the 80s amongst others.

    It R250000 for a beach plot, that's a bagain because in the suburbs you will never get land for that much, not mansioning a beach plot

      Those ones aren't even supposed to be selling anything there, it's as good as theft. It's the Chief who does allocations but that's where we are now so.....
