I like the costum grey color. It made the wall look "cooler" rather than the typical warm white with yellowish undertone.
Also, that countertop in the kitchen looks good, don't change it.

Nice tour my friend and so nice to see someone your age being successful and so chill with it. Good for you! Also as somone with an extensive security background, please dont leave your keys in the hallway. They can be fished through your letterbox or unless you have an RFID protection case, your car transponder can be 'man in the middle' attacked and driven off without the key. Please be careful. Great place for a thermostat. With the way the cold works, it falls. So having a thermostat at the standard 5-foot level keeps that level at the desired temperature, so when you lay in bed, it is colder, and the floor gets cold too. My current apartment has bad windows, so the heat runs all the time on cold days (I don't pay for heat so I don't care), but I can have the bedroom set at 76 and it is 65 at bed level and 50 on the floor.

This is really late and you probably won’t see it but you should consider getting a 5K iMac. The difference is insane I work on one at my architectural bureau and all my colleagues are amazed at how crazy it looks because they all only have 4K Macs.
Great video! I for sure would add a Fire TV there too though over just Apple TV as it allows for VPN services which means you can unblock geo-blocked services.

This is great! You could put/build a shoe caddy either in that little area where they are or in the storage area behind the door to tidy those up and keep the entry looking good.
If you haven't found one yet, you can probably contact the designer of the side table in your living room and they probably have other tables in the same theme. One might suit your purposes.
On the upstairs wall, at the top of the stairs, you need like a photo of a single red tulip. Just one.......it would scare the hell out of people to see that sudden burst of color!
Like the "junk room." Once you get it cleaned out people will expect you to make it into a guest room and have, you know, guests come and visit. You should be careful about that....lol.

Lovely minimal house. You should do a declutter and organisation of the junk room. It could be two videos one for decluttering and the other for organisation.
You should do a video of your process and/or vlog style of cleaning and organizing that spare room! That would make for some great content.
