Good lord, his voice is shot. I mean, it was shot by the time he did _Radio K.A.O.S._ , but it's really distracting here. He should have had someone else do vocal duties on tunes like "Don't Leave Me Now."
Actually a lot better than the Pink Floyd Live 8 performance, not sure if he had stopped smoking cigarettes by 2011. I've watched some relatively recent concert footage, and it's still incredibly gruff, but back during Live 8, he actually sounded winded, much less lung capacity. Still a long way off from what I witnessed live during the Wall concerts in 1980.
"Still a great concert to go to"? If you'd watched more and used camera less, you would've realised that it's a masterpiece, not just a great concert to go to.
