    This is informative! thank you. Where do i submit the AEDR? Do you have a link on where to submit, because there's no link in our DOLE ERS

      Hi. You have to submit it to DOLE office who have jurisdiction over your workplace. As of this moment, only WAIR can be submitted through the ERS. thanks

    Hi Engr., yung AEDR at ibang reports po aside from WAIR, pwede po bang iemail sa DOLE RO8 or need na hard copy yung isubmit sa RO8 po?

      Hi po. May changes na po, reports can now be submitted online through this site: reports.dole.gov.ph

    Ask ko lang po - kapag this April lang nakapag pasa ng Annual Work Injury/Illness Exposure Data Report may corresponding penalties na po ba yun?

      Na inspect na po ba kayo ni DOLE? Naging call out po ba ang non submission or noted violation? If not, then there will be no penalty. Penalty arises when there is willful intent to violate. Kaya submit na po asap. Thanks!

    At Non Disbling is ( 0 )
    Ano po kaya ilalagay sa FR at SR ?

    Question lng po for Disabling & Non-disabling injuries what type of documents or what kind of medical report po ang need namin iready or iprepare in case hanapan kami ng attachment for this AEDR.

      Hi. Since you are also required to accomplished the WAIR, then that can be your support document for your AEDR.

    may ranges po ba Yung mga SR and FR, I mean may mga indications po ba Yung mga numbers na na-compute ? like po sa company namin.
    FR = 16.40
    SR = 352.70
    meron po bang meaning Yan?

      Hi. There is no range. The SR and FR indicates your company's performance in safety and health. In your given example na FR =16.40, means Yan Ang frequency of disabling injuries Ng company ninyo for every 1M man-hours... For the SR, means that is the number of days lost sa company ninyo for every 1M man-hours.. The lower the value of your FR and SR the better.

    kasama po sa report yung mga nag resign na din na employees? Or yung active lang?

      Hi. Annual report po yan, so lahat po ng worker worked for the said year kasama po kahit hindi man buong taon sila nagtrabaho, example: month of january lang sila nag work so kasama pa rin po yon sa report.

      Hi. Yes, It is considered, it is also included in the computation for FR & SR if it resulted to temporary total disability, meaning the affected worker was not able to return to his established job the following day, or he was absent for 1 or more days.

      Hi, it is based on 500 workers working 8 hrs per day, 5 days per week and 50 weeks per yr (500x8x5x50=1,000,000).
