Subscribed. Although this Triangle was not fully locked which is a different story, at least I have a chance of avoiding the Triangle that almost decapitated me yesterday.
Dan The Man ive never been able to get out of a triangle just by framing and driving down.. at 10th planet my coach teaches an escape that starts exactly the same, frame your (in this case, the same side triangle as the video) right hand on top of the knee, right elbow to opponents hip, left hand framed on top of right hand, then drive the opponents knee into the mat, hop up with your ass in the air (your body should look like this /\ ) and drive the knee into the mat with your feet. you should end up with your body straight and the triangle broken. sometimes the mats slippery so you'll have to do it a few times.
What skilled person is going to let you get a fully locked unopposed triangle? This teaches you to stop the fully locked triangle before it happens. It’s just like the Kraken Choke. Once a Kraken is locked, Roger Gracie himself is not going to get out before he goes to sleep!!

I do very similar, but this is better with rotation and knee on top of they come for an armbar rollover.

Woulda been harder to teach locked lol it will work for you 50% of the time all the time 🤣
This is a good escape, but is not fully locked, a fully locked has no space.
Mario Cesar Costa Junior yeah if it’s totally locked the only escape is usually to tap ... but this one does work for me
