I also skipped the paste and have noticed some carbon leaking out from the downtube to midpipe slip joints. Going to be tearing it down and redoing it.

How are the headers holding up? Any issues? Did u remap to suit aa recommended?

Bike has been sold but they held up great up until that day. Black widow is solid. My buddy is buying a full system from them for his bike this week. I also have black widow on my fj09 and no complaints at all.

Usually in install videos you want to mention wrench and socket sizes. What size nut is the header bolts and what size wrench for the o2 sensors??

Your right. This was one of my first videos ever made. My latest build series go over part sizes and tools needed. I believe the nuts are 10mm and for the 02 sensors I just used a crescent.

I think he was mostly deleting the Cat. I did the same instead of getting just a mid pipe so I knew what map to buy and download for my ECU flash
