For me, the message is the devastation that can be caused by an unstable upbringing - not because she's transgender or because of body modification but because of trying to distance herself from being human. It's an unhealthy state of mind and factually inaccurate to describe herself as reptilian or as some type of hybrid and emphasises just how badly society has let her down. Little was said about her brother but his apparent love, support and commitment to his sister is a great demonstration of the better side of humanity.

For me, the message is the devastation that can be caused by an unstable upbringing - not because she's transgender or because of body modification but because of trying to distance herself from being human.
