Interested to get a unit here? Do reach out to Mandy Liew. Or if you're an owner and you want to rent or sell your unit, she'll be able to help too. She can be reached here:

Welcome, welcome. But condo rather poorly maintained, unfortunately, especially the facilities. Hope the owners can push to developer and management office to restore all of it soonest.

At the 10:33 mark in your video, you'll notice the shadow cast by the aluminium cladding/louvre, partially covering the sliding door. At certain time of the year, it may about provide shade to the whole sliding door and the windows facing the same direction. That way you'll get 'full' ventilation without the glare.

Wow, interesting observation. Such fine details, can only notice over a period of time staying in. Hard to capture during a short few hours visit.
Thnx for sharing, new info for me.

It's very near to Jinjang MRT station

I think that's the biggest advantage of this development. The unit itself and the facilities, unfortunately, isn't great at all.

one of the weirdest layout I've ever seen

My take on the unit layout.
Good: Window of the 2 bedrooms, looking into the airwell with total privacy (other people can't look in). Also, dining area has a video with a big window panel, although it's partially obstructiled by the exterior aluminium cladding.
Bad: Space along walkway from entrance to living room (hard to utilise/maximise). The small room can only be used as a store, what a pity. Could easily be a spare room/study room just by adding a window (totally possible) that looks out to the air well and also adding some power points.

    The gym facilities is poor

Yeah, it's rather sad. Not just the gym, but the facilities is very poorly maintained, for a development that is only 1 year++. What is the management body doing? Owners need to push hard on this.

    eNESTa 😂😂😂😂

Yeah, the name eNesta is actually derived from the word Nest - that was the thinking behind it. This project is supposed to be a Nest for the buyers, where they can call it home and have everything in there. Basically, a nest to take off from in the morning and a nest to come back to in the evening. Once back, everything is there, from the vibrant retail lots, a nice cosy home and the full range of facilities.
Sadly, the retail lots haven't really taken off, and the facilities is poorly maintained.
