Never thought about checking under the seat. I did end up refurbishing the seat because of watching your video…it was covered in mold because of the plastic. THANK YOU!!!
Congratulations on the mini-excavator! You will love that purchase and get lots of use out of it. My mini-ex has been broken down (steel track pads are worn out) and I cant find parts. Mine is an old grey market machine and Komatsu cant seem to track down all the parts for me. I just welded a couple of the pads back up and put the track on yesterday. Stuck a new battery in it tonight and am looking forward to having it back!
Thanks for making this video i appreciate it i got the same excavator there fun little machines and theres always things to do to them to improve the there longevity 👍
Suggested mods. I have a QH12. COOLING FANS! The engine bay panels get too hot to touch after running for 30-45 minutes. Hinge the rear panel for easy access. Hydraulic Thumb, about $350 on the 4-color letter auction website Hydraulic Oil cooler if your machine didn't come with it. (mine has it). Another reason for the COOLING FANS!
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS VIDEO...I PURCHASED A MMS13C .AND I BROUGHT IT HOME AND IT SETS BECAUSE I STILL NEED TO CHANGE THE OIL...WICH I WIL DO SOON...
Stop shouting. You're being rude! Turn OFF your Caps Lock! Writing in all capital letters ("all caps") is often interpreted as shouting, and is therefore discouraged.
Pretty darned good episode. Mine is nearly the same and I'm trying to figure out how many amps that Briggs alternator puts out before I put fans on it. That back cover was time consuming to unbolt. I put pins with rubber washers to locate mine and then put latches at the top to secure it. Easy access now. My side panels stay bolted on.

Hot air rises. Should have mounted them on the upper side vents, nice machine. I have a 1.5 ton.
They blow cool air in.

I've read 9-10 amps on the alternator. But that is second hand info.
