Someone needs to open one up to what’s inside.Seen one other brand opened and QR codes ground off along with corrosion on vent caps.Along with cig outlet with 18 gauge wire with 180 amps or maybe it was 600 amps.Magic smoke I tell yah.😊

lol are you kidding me i just told you lol you can change any of the setting in this battery you can change it to stop charging at 12.4 v if you want or what ever you can change all the setting if need be so if i want the battery to shut off if the temps get to 80 dagrees if i wanted to lol so not supprized the batter shut off when its sapost to lol hello this is using a JBD BMS and you can change all the setting to what ever so not supprizing at all

I HAVE MY BATTERY SET TO 13.7 MAX CHARGE AND 11.9 AND IT SHUTS DOWN WHEN IT HITS EITHER NUMBER AND I HAVE MY TEMPS SET TO 5c DAGREES INSTEAD OF 0 OR NEGITIVE SO IF THE TEMP GETS BELOW 38 dagrees it will shut offf just where i want it it came at -5c so i changed it but yeah you can change all the protections to where ever you feel is best

if you want to change all the protections on this battery just OVERKILL SOLAR APP INSTEAD THAT WILL LET YOU CHANGE ANY SETTING OR PROTECTIONS TO WHAT YOU WANT IT

this battery is like 500 dollars after its all said and done so clearly you have plenty of money to build a small shelter for homeless animals that live all around the world

why dont you build a homeless shelter with all that free money you keep getting from these companies you could of been built a homeless shelter for these poor cold animals that have no place to go but of course not god forbid you do anything for something besides yourself

I see you have the same XR-13.5 hp engine I have. Been trying to find the gas gauge built into the gas cap for a quick fuel level view but can't find anything for sure because of the way the cap goes on. Have you had the need for such a fuel gauge? My engine/gas tank is tucked under so putting fuel in is no easy task unless you have the funnel w/ connected hose like I do to snake into the top of the gas tank. I am thinking about adding an external tank to save me the hassle of filling the tank without knowing the current fuel level........In deafening silence you need to listed for the sound of a tank getting near full LOL Great video! I'm changing to that throttle system for my mini skid steer.

How bad is you cell drift at 14v

I have the same 40A model. Compared to my PowMr Chargers (20A@24V and 60A@48V) the startup un this charger is MUCH slower, the MPPT tracking is much slower to. Hardware is good, but the software needs some improvement IMHO. But its cheaper then the PowMr parts

it appears that some of your panels are more blue and some more black looking. why is that? different brands?

I have one of these. My problem is for 240 volts. It’s coming from one leg not split. I have 120 on one to neutral and 240 to the other. Not sure if this is normal.

I just bought the 3kw/9kw peak version. It's heavy as a beast. I hope the transformer in mine is smaller than the one in yours so that it doesn't deform the metal. I can tell it went through a rough trip from China. While the box itself had no outside damage, all of the Styrofoam packing inside was broken and fractured.

How did you address the issue of this inverter not having a chassis ground connections. Was that a concern for you?

How do you mount that one on the plywood?

= observation: = for OUTSIDE installation = your GROUND Wire should be "SOLID" AWG-6 Bare Copper not Not NOT Stranded wire ... again in my observation & IMHO ... COOP ...

= another SUGGESTION = instead of aiming your MAIN +POSITIVE+ & Main -NEGATIVE- cables down into you conduit --- where it will direct WATER into your Underground RUN why not install a "WEATHERHEAD" and run your wiring UP through a weather-tight connector Above your Combiner-Box & include a "DRIP-LOOP" below the Combiner-Box installation ? ... just a suggestion ... COOP

= since you are utilizing STRANDED Copper WIRING might I suggest you install FERRULES on the ENDS before INSTALLATION > ... COOP ...

= my 6-String ECO-WORTHY Combiner-Box came equipped with 15-amp line Fuses (which matched my "PV" Panel requirements ) & a single 125-Amp Circuit Breaker to Disconnect my "PV" Panels from my Underground Conduit "DC" Cables to my Power-House ... 100' away ... COOP ...

= I utilized an ECO-WORTHY 4-String COMBINER-BOX for several years then Upgraded to an ECO-WORTHY 6-String Combiner-Box when I increased my Ground-Mount ARRAYS to 36-PV-Panels ... they BOTH performed perfectly & Included a SPD Device for SURGES the ONLY feature I regret NOT having is a BACK-FLOW device on each string as the MUCH older Combiner-Boxes incorporated ... I have the same BMW with heating. When using heat it still allows some charging even when set at 0*c and have tried it at 3*c. (As soon as the heater is unplugged It shuts off...) My heater uses 3 amp, and about 2 amps are going into the battery.... it seems if I crank up the charging it will trip and stop charging.... seems a bit weird, but I have to do more testing.... Bms with heat doesn't seem to have temperature user adjusted settings... on at 0*c and off at 15*c...

Interesting to know if these newer cells can handle a little more cold. That would be great.
