    I've been listening to Abraham for a while, Regan Hillyer, Tony Robbins and other teachers on manifesting and spirituality, but your videos are making these concepts so much more accessible for me. I've never heard Abraham say that if you're trying to manifest financial wealth from the position of "I want to feel financially secure so I need to make more money" (as you did in a previous video) then that position itself is coming from a place of lack. Mind blown!!!! That's all I've been doing this entire time. What you're saying echoes other people I've listened to, but the way you put things just makes these concepts super clear for me and I appreciate that! Thanks so much for the work you're doing!

      I love his clarity too but Abraham hicks does say that if you feel 'need' then you are emitting lack in your vibration and will receive the evidence of it. I love what Abraham Hicks teaches but I am also loving the simple clarity of David Bayers teachings as well. They, and Dr. Joe Dispenza, all come together as a new path for people to forge for well-being and wholeness. I am appreciating this most of all. ❤

      Yeah Abraham talks about if you’re saying like I want money so bad that it hurts , you’re in a lack of money mentality which is why money wasn’t happening in the first place

      @JessicaGCook As Abraham says, " Any time you use the word 'need' you are in a lack vibration." They go hand in hand. Lately, I've been feeling the vibration of not needing anything, though I have huge financial dreams. It feels so good that I go there often. I see all the abundance everywhere but am in the vibration of not needing anything. It's so delicious I keep going back to it. 😁

      In my journey of personal growth and empowerment, I realize most people have been that way but what really comes to mind when delving into this stuff is my dad. He has passed away but that man was such a lost soul. There was no getting through to him. The most primal state human I've ever encountered. I read something once that said, "Some people aren't meant to evolve so you know what it looks like when you don't." And that hit home for me because I swore to myself at a very young age that I would not allow myself to be like my parents but especially like my dad. Seeing a person be so unaccountable, and now to put it in David's words of primal, I refuse to live a life like that even more.

    Like this video. Here’s my interpretation .Beliefs are the stories we tell ourselves , especially when facing uncertainty. Our words/actions in uncertain times are driven by our belief. If we feed ourselves with evidence which aligns with belief we want to build, we do away with the limiting belief and make new ones.

Higher intelligence within you is nudging you towards self-correction, self-organizing… that is when a greater order emerges, like heart and brain coherence… In those states, your nervous system self-regulates, your awareness is expanded, heart is open, connection is the feeling…

    Thank you! This was helpful regarding rethinking the fear being a memory! I had a pretty good life and a 40 year teaching career that I enjoyed, until I was exposed to horrible toxins which took down my entire body and damaged every system.
    I have done everything right to heal, but 4 surgeries, infections from everything including the hospital, and a family (including my daughter and son) who doesn’t care enough to even check on me. I’m in freeze response right now from PTSD from the medical system which kept me sick for 21 years. I’m recovering, but like you, my body is catching up!
    I also had horrible trauma from a family member last year, which broke down my CNS, and I can hardly function now, and it’s extremely hard for me to drive being in constant anxiety, and having a mentally disabled, but brilliant, son about whom I’m constantly concerned.
    Everyone left me because of him and my illnesses and pain, but that’s ok. I just need help sometimes because I’m so tiny and almost 70. My stomach is in knots as I type this.
    I appreciate your videos!

    While listening to this I figured I’m in that primal state probably 98% of the time! I have moments where I’m joyful but like you explained in there there’s so many circumstances from my old thinking that bring me back to the primal state that I switch back without even thinking about it. Whenever you actually gave a strategy on what to do when the fear comes up or the circumstances come up that reinforces fear I’ll begin to cry. For the first time I felt like it’s something that I could actually do to move myself out of fear. It’s interesting. I have your book, and starting on the chapter on detox matrix! Thank you, Dave for sharing the stuff with us!

    I would say 90% of my day is spent in fear. Your definition of what fear encompasses might make that number higher. I was able to meditate using a Joe Dispenza morning meditation today and get more out of it thanks to one of your recent videos about manifestation and how the art of allowing. That video is raising my awareness to be alert when it comes to not letting myself react to my family who is under huge stress right now. Better to let someone else be right than to get into the resistance of disputing whose right. Let that shit go. Much more important to be in a state of allowing than to engage in conflict over whose who in the hierarchy. I am the one in this equation who is ready to be a conscious creator. I am the lighting rod for positive change. Breaking old habits is taking on a whole new meaning. I am excited about the possibilities. Remembering that what I see is what I previously attracted and to be relaxed while being vigilant for opportunities and direction. I AM so close now. ❤

    Truth! Realizing you are not your thoughts and emotions is the first step to awakening. It can be like realizing you have a broken arm, the realization doesn’t make it stop hurting. Training your nervous system is a great concept like meditation is a workout for focus. It takes time and patience.

  • @agaobi573
    @agaobi573 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +5

    Yes, no one "makes us feel our emotions", we generate them, and we can change our reactions to other peoples' actions by changingbour mindset. We can learn not to feel anger and especially not to react out if anger. But it doesn't mean that somebody's action wasn't unfair, when it was. I don't agree that we should always reinteprete the situation to the poitnt to give the credit to the bad treatment, that maybe this person is right, and it's only "my emotions", "it is me who has to change", "it's only my trauma response". No, we have to see bad behaviour as it is, just not get emotional about it and just remove yourself from the situation if possible. Otherwise it is self-gaslighting.

    • @Sonia-y6x8n
      @Sonia-y6x8n 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      What is good or bad though can be subjective. Sometimes people have different views and cultures and paradigms. So it’s not always absolute. That’s not to say your trauma responses and painful experiences aren’t valid. But if you point a finger always towards others, you’re putting the power in their hands. And sometimes it’s simply their bad behavior. Other times it’s a trigger that is buried inside your brain or body. It’s coming from fear, it’s an imprint or memory from the past. As a litmus test, I try to remember to ask myself what would my heroes do in this moment? Is this true? Or does it warrant my reaction? Often it’s having compassion for myself and for those who passed on their trauma. It’s the meaning we give to the events. Loving others as God or creation does us even when we’re not perfect. That’s a more empowering way to get what you want. Like a muscle grows stronger with practice, it’s a path to true life freedom. ❤

    I like to say that if something makes me feel mad, sad, or upset, I am only feeling that painful reaction to the degree that I believe them. If I have an unconscious belief that I'm a bad person, any comment in this regard will cause me pain because my ego loves to be right. My ego will say see, I am bad. I knew I was right! And now the brain has done me a wonderful service. It has shown me what I believe. The strength of my negative reaction or feeling is the strength of my belief. And I can use these reactions and offenses to become free.

    I have been in a primal state for 63 years...my new spiritual tool is reframing my childhood trauma that created FEAR based emotions and a lifetime of suffering through disempowering limiting beliefs.
    I feel like the only thing I have done successfully is survive the holocaust of an unnurturing parents and generational trauma that was never even recognized as such until now.
    At this point, I am just really angry and disappointed and struggling not to blame myself for stuff that was not my doing but happened none the less. It's really hard to let it go (the body keeps the score) when I have been experiencing the biological, physiological, and every other -logical effects on a daily basis that have caused paralysis in many areas of my life. Im really sad and question if on top of everything else...am I chronically depressed from the diagnosis.

      @megblackwolf5470 im really not. I just Cannot accept the circumstances of the trauma, and losses. I suffer terribly from the anxiety and depression. I also have this insomnia. I tried all sorts. Still I just Cannot sleep. I'm on day 3 again. I'm so messed up. I'm gonna suffer all day even worse now. I cannot leave the apt these days. I did go walking yesterday.. hoping I would be tired enough to sleep.... I took valerian root, apigenin and magnesium and passion flower.... didn't work at all. I also prayed... still,.. no relief. I'm not sure if I can survive longer.

    Been listening to your podcast since the beginning of the year. You have such succinct way of breaking things down. I love it. My question is... I had cancer diagnosis. I wasn in total fear, yet through a series of amazing miracles I was cancerfree without chemo ans radiation in a matter of months. Based on the 2 states of being how is this possible? Often when we create our own reality poeple say you must be positive but what happens when we are seemingly consumed w fear yet we are blessed. Can you offer any insights on this? Been wondering for years and no has been able to answer this for me.

    To be clear, the quote about fear that you mentioned is from Eleanor Roosevelt. When you say, Roosevelt, most people generally think Teddy, or FDR, and she doesn't get the credit.
