As for Lionel, I have attempted to collect special and favorite 1:64 scale cars the last few years but have been unsuccessful in doing so...because Lionel has likely canceled 70- 80% of the cars they initially offered. Many people can't afford 1:24 scale so the smaller cars are a better option. I can't express enough how disgusted I've gotten over the way Lionel runs its business.

I may be wrong. Probably and most likely am wrong. But I thought one of the things that Judge Bell said, was until this case was either won or lost by 23Xl and FRM the injunction was temporary, during the 2025 season only. So IF 23Xl and FRM lose NASCAR can take the SHR charters back.
I have never seen a professional sports organization willing trying to destroy the owners who they have to have. If they don’t have the owners there is no nascar. As a fan ,nascar literally sucks.
They've been running this series for over 70 years now and several of the teams have been here for the last 40 or so of those years and are doing just fine. That really speaks heavily against your claim.
We can always hope that some other series (I can think of two) steps up and some form of inexpensive late models or xfinity becomes the new top tier stock car - not Nascar CupCrap The racing would be better, the Mark Martins and Alan Kulwickis coming into the sport could exist again, and the lower cost cars request could be achieved.
@fishhuntadventure I understand business just fine and I see a thriving product. It may not be as lucrative as it was prior to the 2008 crash, but most things still aren't. That economic crisis did massive damage to the financial model of the series at all levels, and it's never fully recovered, but it has steadily improved every year since, and most of the teams seem o be doing just fine. They may not turn a big profit, but they put a great product on the track every week and support thousands of families as an industry every single year. Money buys speed, so they should spend every dime trying to be better. It isn't supposed to be a for profit endeavor. You know what they say, "how do you make a small fortune in racing? You start with a large fortune. " Even prior to the 2008 crisis, teams weren't really turning a profit. It's the nature of the beast. You don't go racing to get rich.
It may be a step backwards but it's a really good step for Chandler Smith. I'm really happy he landed a championship caliber truck ride. Because honestly there's no Xfinity rides there's no cup rides. That are championship quality there are a couple maybe that are not but why would you take a step back. I think taking a step back to the trucks to a championship truck is much better it's the same thing John Hunter did a couple years ago.
I'm not dumb, I'm sure Brown is a better driver than Jennifer Jo Cobb, short tracks are different than SS and yada yada, but man it's weird to allow him to debut with no experience but deny her despite all her truck starts.
Chandler Smith will win a bunch of races in that FRM truck next season. I think it’s good move. He’d been with Toyota then Chevy then Toyota. As far as bringing up young talent, Ford is better than Chevy and Toyota. Chandler can be dominant in trucks and FRM has 3 cup cars and associations with other Ford teams. He’s a future cup driver. Wouldn’t be surprised if he runs the occasional cup race next season and Ford is looking to expand the Xfinity program which could be FRM or RFK. Chandlers gotta be first in line to run an Xfinity car and would be very valuable getting that program going with his JGR Xfinity experience. I was shocked when Chandler had no top level ride so late in the year. Ford and FRM wisely snatched him up. I’d wager that Chandler will be a long term Ford driver. Smith and Heim should have some great battles next year. The truck series will be better in 2025 than it was this last season. Just don’t get crashed by Corey Lajoie.
Chandler smith I honestly think going to truck with front row is a good move I think he would have a better shot at getting to cup with ford than the Gibbs Toyota camp

It's going to come to who would be willing to end the lawsuit and work with the other 1st. The teams or NASCAR. Plus to what degree how one would compromise with the other.
Money over talent. Use to be teams hired the best drivers they could afford. And sponsors lined up to throw money at them. Then corporations started pulling back on their advertising budgets, why we started seeing cars with multiple sponsors over a season instead of just one. And now drivers with the biggest sponsorship deals are getting into seats they don't necessarily have the talent for. So someone like chandler smith with a lot of talent but not big sponsor deals are in jeopardy of losing rides to less talented drivers with bigger sponsor deals. These cars ain't cheap to build or run.
I must say that this seems like a desperate grab by NASCAR. I mean, it seems as though that they even attempted to strong arm the judge by asking for a judgement to be made today. Typical NASCAR to further show the judge that they are a monopolist organization

How does a winless Sheldon Creed get to keep his ride over a multitime winner like Chandler Smith? Makes zero sense to me. Can someone please explain?
Money over talent. Use to be teams hired the best drivers they could afford. And sponsors lined up to throw money at them. Then corporations started pulling back on their advertising budgets, why we started seeing cars with multiple sponsors over a season instead of just one. And now drivers with the biggest sponsorship deals are getting into seats they don't necessarily have the talent for. So someone like chandler smith with a lot of talent but not big sponsor deals are in jeopardy of losing rides to less talented drivers with bigger sponsor deals. These cars ain't cheap to build or run.
Hey I’m just Glad that Brad keselowski’s scheme made the top 10.
Who bought that lajoie bruh😭🙏
The die cast is a joke. Nascar are sore losers. On Monday, the judge should tell Nascar no and enforce ruling.
Who will put Bert Meyers in a car?
Burt
Is he a charter driver? With all the hoopla over the NASCAR situation, why is this team allowed? Just curious.i have no opinion.
Went with Toyota, left Toyota, returned to Toyota, left Toyota...
Currently eating cereal for dinner and watching Eric Estepp lol
Good Combo
It's time to fire Phelps
I must say that this seems like a desperate grab by NASCAR. I mean, it seems as though that they even attempted to strong arm the judge by asking for a judgement to be made today. Typical NASCAR to further show the judge that they are a monopolist organization
Then F1 is a monopoly
@@North-101-Racing this could very well be true. However, I have yet to see anything within the F1 series to say that it's owned by one family and that family makes all of the decisions that must be followed by the teams. A family operating without a board of directors because they are the Alpha and the Omega
@@clintburns7470 France family build Nascar, so I don't get why your complaining. Some thing with F1 being built by liberty media
Creating the charters completely changed their legal standings whether they intended it to or not. They stepped in it bad this time.

NASCAR crying poverty... What a shock...
Says that about F1
Zane Smith in trucks again
Nascar us delaying cause. There's something fishy. Going on in the. Payroll account . That's why nascar is delaying this gives them time to. Finagle the. Money. Issue. In the books .you see how sneaky nascar is.
Congrats to c smith. At least he got a ride for the 2925 season . I lost track on how many driver changes there are .I'll wait til the drivers. List comes out in January ..
Dale Jrs. Decast and merch sold out in 1day on eBay. He sold $500 million dollars worth of merch in 20 minutes. . that's amazing .have a great weekend stay safe . It's the Christmas Rush. .peace ..
Nascar is just being ridiculous at this point. Just let 23xl and front row race as charted teams with their 3 cars and stop angering the fans as well. Nascar should be appalled with themselves.

Usually a big deicast buyer but after Lionel DNP'ed 3/4 of what I ordered in 2023, I only bothered with a few after they had already been produced. Lionel needs to go away.
NASCAR gonna lose
Your not up to date on this
Nascar will lose!!!
