i slap my fully build Firefly Team with all the BiS Characters and Lightcones on literally every game mode regardless of weaknesstype and i always win even in autobattle, future characters literally have to be able to implant weaknesses too or provide incredible other things to give ppl like me some reason to even think about using another team :D

BREAK units at least have an excuse for a weakness implant because they are virtually useless if the enemy isnt broken (i think, dont quote me cuz I ain’t pulling any break units as its quite easy for hoyo to just make a unit deal more dmg than super break does, think of hyperbloom)
Honestly I think Acheron having it is fine. She's Nihility and the point of that path is to bypass enemy weaknesses and / or mechanics. Besides she's raiden, I think it wouldn't be too insane to think they want her to have a longer shelf life than other units. But they just keep releasing units on her lvl so idk what to think lmao
Yeah, I'll also speak from experience when it comes to the Fei Xiao/Herta/Robin team: I was having so much trouble with this pure fiction and not even getting close to 3k, but as soon as I tried that team I got a 4k clear. It is a surprisingly legit team
btw that character got drip marketed so i think its safe to mention, very nice not to spoil though :>. rappa flexibility will depend if her weakness bypass is potent or not. so we will need to wait and test

Rappa drops on my birthday in the US and I love her design so it’s an immediate pull for me 😭 I already have aven and Acheron so it’s not like I’m missing out, I do lack a break dps so she’ll be a fun new way to play as well
The most common opinion I've seen about Rappa is the "If you struggle in pure fiction pull for her, if not maybe skip." and I'm in a very VERY specific situation. I started playing at the start of this patch (I am already at lvl 53 as I have a lot of time right now) and the only limited 5 star I have is lingsha, the other 5 star being an E1 Gepard. I'm a day 1 F2P Genshin player so I'm very accustomed to studying pull values. My specific problem is: I like superbreak and I like Firefly but I also love Rappa. Also I've seen how much people recommend Acheron (although a lot of them say E0S0 is a bit underwhelming) AND Adventurine AND Sunday AND Fugue (that i really intend to pull). Basically I'm a bit lost :') Edit: For aditional context, I have 120 pulls rn with 50 pity built on the character banner and 0 pity on LC banner and still have a lot of content to do
honestly id pull for her if i had Aventurine before, unfortunate that i took a break from hsr during his and firefly's banner 💀 now that i have the excuse to skip rappa and save for firefly tho i can build my break team straight away (although id be a bit disadvantaged by not having ruan mei either 💀)
As with all speculation, we assume the current environment. With what is coming up shes a hard sell. If i was not clearing moc12 i would skip for sure. That being said, i did pull for YunLi lol

Yeah, as someone who has Aventurine, Acheron, and DHIL, but the closest thing I have to a Break DPS is Xueyi. I could wait for Firefly (I rolled for her and got my first Yanqing, it actually led to me playing the game way less for a while) but I already struggle at Pure Fiction and *really* want a Break DPS, so I got one. I don't really care that she's the weakest of them. Getting Acheron to E1 or E2 would probably be the optimal choice but I'd rather have a new character.

I don’t have Acheron and just pulled Lingsha, so it wouldn’t matter if Rappa could do my taxes for me while turning my phone into a coffee maker. I still can’t pull for her until her rerun.
I think I'll get her because I'm in need of more DPS characters urgently. I have both the necessary characters for a follow-up (Topaz, Aventurine, Robin. Hope to get Feixiao in the Future) and a Super break (Ruan Mei and TB.) The team that is "Finished is Acheron, E1 Black Swan, and Jiaoqiu with a flex slot sustain. Plus, Rappa is cool. As long as she gets her job done I'm happy

She overall is in the same spot as Boothill maybe even better but wth Acheron anddd Adventurine coming those are the best units in the entire game! I would defiantly skip her for now. She will come back but these two units coming up are a must must pull!!!
I really like her design her kit and the way she plays, i already have acrheon Danheng adventurine But everyone’s talking about “but e1 or 2 this and that” but usually I would only pull for the character and never their eidlons now I dont know what to do Either pull the charater I really like or pull for the rerun charaters for their eidolns god damn it 😭
I like Rappa, she is cute and animations are amazing. Would’ve pulled for her if it wasn’t for Aventurine coming on 2nd phase. Not to mention there are at least 10 limited 5 stars(including Lingsha whom I have to skip as well😢)on my priority list before her.
It's pretty hard for me to justify getting her. She uses the same team as firefly but without the implant. I love her animations and theme but I might get e1 for lingsha since it buffs her and firefly This is coming from a jade e1s1 haver so that also makes this hard lol
true, i did pull for emilie & her weapon though because i love kinich i think i would pass on rappa tbh, unless you’re a veteran who can use the niche unit
Waiting for c2 gurlfriend. That's enough to easily cover every fight in this entire game except for single target super bosses, plus I get to be with gurlfriend. Although...in pure fiction, that second team is extremely suffering unless it has both ice and fire weakness, even with Robin on that team. But I'll deal with that once I c2 gurlfriend.
if they ever add mass imaginary weakness implant then she is going to get ridiculous, but they would rerun her soon after that anyway - i don't think he will but wouldn't it be funny if sunday had that capability?

Sad it seems she isn't going to be free. A lot of people missed out on Dr. Ratio and thought to bring in new players they'd use Rappa for this. Kind of a lost opportunity if you ask me. I guess they are saving the next Free 5 Star to be Herta's new form, but I'd not be shocked that's not happening either. Kind of getting burned out with all these cool 5 Star characters. I'd not mind another new 4 star really. May be an Ice Healer or any element with Preservation.
Why is everyone so down bad for Sunday and I see this so often then people talk about it Oh, you should skip this character because of the upcoming character, and this repeats every patch. Don't get me wrong at this point, just don't summon at all at then, this game is easily playable with 4 Stars. Having fun and love the gameplay is more importend then meta i think thats what makes this game interesting and not hunting for stupid meta teams

and i heard that he might be a summon buffer, but rather tingyun could be a superbreak or DoT oriented character
