  • Do you know that everything you do is based on how you think it’s going to make you feel? Did you know that your actions and behavior directly come from your emotions? So, if everything we do is based on emotions, why are we never taught how to process them correctly, so that are actions & behavior align with what we truly want.
If understanding, honoring and processing our emotions is the portal to creating the life we want for ourselves, then Emotion Processing is the most important tool we can ever learn.
It’s the one tool that can help you show up fully as the person you want to be! It can help you repair those damaged relationships and avoid damaging them in the future. It honestly has the power to reshape your thinking, your perspectives, and the core beliefs.
We have all been looking at our emotions the wrong way. They’re not meant to be avoided, numbed away, or stuffed down continuously., and when we actually honor, understand and listen to our emotions, we begin to find deeper truths within us. A deeper view of how we really see ourselves and the world around us.
In today's video, I'm going to show you exactly how to start processing your emotions the RIGHT way! You'll learn how to identify an emotion you're feeling, and process it fully, which releases it from your body. In other words, you'll learn how to let go of it, so it no longer has any control over you.

This stuff should really be taught to all humans from school level. Imagine how much better the world would be.
I've just had a huge blow out with my teen over school work and his disrespect and defiant behaviour. This is the first time I've actually googled what to do and how to handle this. I have a lot of work to do on myself first😅. Thanks.

I really love your videos. Thank you for sharing!
I just sent this to my teenage daughters, then less than an hour later I was feeling a strong emotion about something completely unrelated, then I decided to journal and do the video myself, and I had a real breakthrough, discovering a trapped emotion I didn’t even know I had. I cried for 20 minutes and just felt it and hopefully let it go (or at least some of it) Thank you!

Absolutely agreed. Emotions are just information, we should not identify with them. I feel emotions, it does not mean I am what I feel. Emotions are not the engine of my life.

When my son was only 9, i posted house rules on the fridge. He torn it apart and said i don't like rules. It's even hard for me now that he's 15. He doesn't like boundaries. I don't know what to do

I keep rewatching your videos but non of these work with my teenager. Many times I tried to commit s___ide or ran away. I was always thinking of moving to another place too but we did before but still had made friends so easily. I am worried about his future, he is always going out and sometimes dont sleep at home and will not go to school. I dony know what to do anymore.
