Troops from the Kraken unit can be seen firing in and around different houses in the area as they liberate the land.

What you're seeing is Ukraine special forces and volunteer special forces from abroad, the cream of the crop in action. They won't show you the recruits getting smashed by artillery because that's not good for PR.

Can you imagine how much Western Armies will be able to learn from the ukrainian Army in training after the war? Look at these guys improvise with disparate arms, electronics, etc. Amazing. Soon all Western soldiers will be as adept. The ability to learn the systems quickly is a great skill to have.
