Hi.. While explaining you said the notes are 5,1,1 and one octave down.. I think it should be 5,8,8,1.. Because the first string note is which is pa the 5th note below second and third string note which is sa. Last string is 5 notes below first string note or 1 octave below second/third string note.... Hence should be 5,8,8,1.. Let me know if my understanding is correct.
